  Online grocery pickup is HORRIBLE here. A few weeks ago I had waited for 30 minutes, I check in as soon as I get here. I called multiple times and nobody answered. I ended up having to go inside where I still had to stand there and wait for someone to bring my groceries. Today I have been here for over 20 minutes. Checked in as soon as I got here. Had to call multiple times again. I told the lady maybe my check in didnt go through, just to be nice, then the lady got an attitude saying uhm my phone hasn't went off so probably not. She said someone will be out. Almost 10 minutes goes by before i get my groceries. If I can help it I will continue ordering groceries from other foodlions. I order from piney green almost weekly and they are outside instantly every time.

  Lady told me she was too busy to help me she did me a favor I went to walmart.People of walmart stopped what they were doing, took me straight over to it.And saved me, ten bucks, go to food line, pay more for bad service.

The employees are usually friendly and helpful, and they work hard to keep shelves stocked and customers taken care of. The checkout process is generally smooth, making shopping trips quick and convenient. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that product availability, cleanliness, and customer service can sometimes vary depending on the location and how busy the store is. A little more consistency would make the overall experience even better. Overall, Food Lion is a solid grocery store with good prices, convenient locations, and a dependable selection of products. It is a place I would recommend for everyday shopping needs.

  It's was good. I was able to purchase the Food Lion Brand frozen vegetables I needed for a decent price. I enjoy these because the.packaging does not contain more ice than vegetables, like some brands do.

  The people are great and store ...my issue is THAT THIS STORE HAS NO!!!! AC RIGHT NOW AND TALKING WITH THE EMPLOYEES ,,THEY EXPLAINED ITS MISERABLE IN THERE AND OLD PEOPLE WALKING AROUND SWEATING LIKE CRAZY ,KIDS COMPLAINING,,AND PREGNANT WOMEN LOOKING LIKE THEY JUST GOT OUT THE GYM ...AND ITS BEEN WEEKS LIKE THIS , THE MANAGER TELLS ME THEY PUT IN A WORK ORDER TO FIX THE AC AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE !!!!! YOU BUY FROZEN GOODS AND WHEN U WALK UP TO CHK OUT ...ITS THAWED OUT!!!! FIX THE DAM AC PEOPLE!!!!!
