  1st they gave me the wrong order and they had an irritated face when she realized she messed up than she gave us our order and forgot 2 donuts still and every was thrown in 2 bags and was sloppy and messy.

  Horrible! I placed a mobile order. Store was not busy at all. One truck at the window when I pulled up to the speaker. That truck was literally at the window over 10 minutes. Why did they not have them pull forward? Who knows. I pulled out all the patience I had and waited. I only ordered a drink. So, when the truck finally moved and I pulled up to the window, the girl tried to hand me a bunch of straws and charge me $27. I reminded her that I had the mobile order, and my name. They had not even started making my drink!!!!! In all that time!! So another 5 minutes because they were too busy making the drinks for the person behind me. Well, I finally got my drink. No apology, no explanation. On my way home, I realized that she didn't give me a straw, a napkin, or a receipt. So, I called customer service when I got home. A non-English speaking person answered my call after about a 5 minute hold. She was terrible with communication. Still asked me the zip code of the location AFTER I gave her the city and street name. Remember, I had no receipt, and I told her that. She did not seem competent enough for me to talk to, so I asked for a supervisor. Oh, well they will have to call you, and that will take 48-72 hours. What?! So I told her that I was gonna tell her about my experience, but that I still wanted a call from a supervisor. At the end of telling her, I was disconnected. So, I called back. Over 8 minute hold this time, with the frustrating repeated message to continue to hold. What else am I gonna do? And why do you need to have it repeat over and over and over. All it does is highlight how long it's taking to get my call answered. So the next agent, another foreign woman. Possibly the same one. I told her that I wasn't willing to go through the story again. To just put me down for a call from a supervisor. The whole thing is just ridiculous. I don't think I'll be coming back. The drink was good, but there are many places I can get the same thing with better service. Edited to add: Had I been helped by anyone, I would not have left this review. I always try to work things out at the specific location before I move on to customer service. But then, no help from customer service either. They literally just made it worse.

  The staff here is always so friendly. I don't even have to tell them my order, I just walk to the counter and anyone working the register already knows what I'm getting.

  I want to say a big thank you to the staff at this Dunkin location. They had gone above and beyond to help me today. When I called ahead of time to ask if they had any coconut donuts they said yes, but when I showed up they sold out… sadly. But the members/staff there today sure to help me out and offered to make me some fresh! Thank you all for being so kind to me. You don’t know how much you made my day! Because it’s not just the donuts, It’s the service that came with it Thank you!

  Rude customer service by the manager of this location. Couldn’t help us get the correct order when telling them it’s my first time ordering and I don’t know exactly if I’m saying the order right and wanted to show them. The manager didn’t want to help me and became extremely disrespectful and then refused to tell me his name. I told him as a business owner in onslow county, I know that his customer service skills should be way better. He didn’t care and showed the younger staff that being rude to paying customers is the way to go. Won’t visit again. Update was contacted by the owner and did address the situation and was able to get me right talked for a little and worked it out. Thank you!
