- EEellaJul 14, 20262.0Usually this Dunkin’s employees are very sweet and helpful when ordering and receiving food, even late at night. However, at 8 pm when I went to dunkin tonight to get 2 drinks and a grilled cheese the girl at the register was extremely rude to me and my friend. I tried to pay with cash, which she responded with “our system is down, we only take card” which to me didn’t make much sense. Also, we wanted to get the grilled cheese added to our order, nothing crazy. She then proceeded to tell me the ovens were being cleaned, but it was just her alone working. This would’ve been a huge ask if it was right before closing, however it was 8 pm two hours before close at 10. Not sure who to speak to about this girl, but this definitely was not a good experience.

I get to the drive thru window and the drive thru employee tells me something along the lines of: “your drink was made iced instead of frozen, is that ok?” And without skipping a beat I said “no, I don’t like iced drinks. I ordered it frozen.” And she said “ok we’ll remake it.” And a different employee proceeded to hand me my drink as the other employee said “thank you” to her. Well I got home which is about 45mins from this Dunkin location and my sandwich doesn’t have the “golden bbq” sauce that I paid to be on it. This leads me to wonder if my drink contains the “protein milk” that I paid for or a different milk, which would be detrimental as I’m lactose intolerant. I also did not receive any of the “butter alternative” that I paid for to go with my muffin. I have attached screenshots of today’s transaction as proof. I ordered on the app and expect for my order to be fulfilled exactly as I order it. I took the time to place an order on the app so that I didn’t have to order in-person. I expect much more from Dunkin’ and it’s only going to get busier as the area continues to grow on that side of Jacksonville. Do better.
