My children at the time were playing in the culdesac. They employee was driving as if he was in a rush. After he handed my oldest daughter the food he proceeded to speed out of the culdesac going 25 mph out of the culdesac! My neighbors who were outside at the moment asked me if i made the driver mad and why is he speeding like that with kids playing on the culdesac! Due to his unprofessional behavior I called the store and spoke to the manger named JR at the time. The manager told me he was having trouble with his computer pulling up my order so I waited patiently. When he was able to pull my order up I was able to ask him has my driver gotten to the store yet and the manager responded with yes and said Justin is right here. "The driver" Justin gets on the phone and says hi Brandon speaking. I asked him why did he drive like he was mad in and out of our housing area? A culdesac at that with kids playing by the road? 'Justin Brandon' the driver told me that he was going 25 mph in the culdesac because that is the speed limit 😳 and that he seen my kids. He also rudely told me to call the cops because the cops will not do anything about him driving recklesslly. I get that the business is successful and busy. I just can't accept the fact that he can drive like that and there's no repercussions or handling of the situation. So this is why I'm complaining to higher management.
