- MLMs. LadybugMay 13, 20261.0I have given the Domino’s on Piney Green Road in Jacksonville, NC, numerous chances, but I am done. I ordered a pizza with extra meats, vegetables, and other toppings, and I barely got one of each on each slice. This has happened too many times, along with receiving pizzas that were poorly made or burnt. Customers should receive what they pay for, especially when paying extra for toppings. When I called the store, I spoke with a male employee and asked to speak with a manager. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes, so I hung up and called back. A female employee answered, pretended she could not hear me, and immediately hung up. I called again, and the original male employee answered, said “hello,” then repeated that he could not hear me and hung up. I contacted Domino’s corporate office and was told this location is a franchise and that the owner would be alerted. At this point, I have given this store enough opportunities to correct the issues with both the food and the customer service. I give up.

It’s flat on the edges like an original and whoever cut, it does not know how to cut even slices. I do not know why this pizza place is so inconsistent on how they make their pizzas.
