  I went there for my first time last week. They had the best choice of Food the burritos are massive and that is the best part. The workers were super nice. I wish I could eat there every day

  Was happy to arrive, the line was empty and I was first in line. Waited approximately 5 min, by this time there were 4 behind me. Someone yelled 4 in line. Someone from the back came rushing up to take my order. Got my food to go. Put food in car. Upon arrival destination, food had leaked all over seat, paper bag fell apart, food all over the place. Whomever, put the food in the bag at the counter of the restaurant, put it in upside down, paper side down. Why? The paper side of the container is not able to hold everything. If they had of simply put it in bag with aluminum side in bottom of bag, to catch leakage, that would have never happened. I'm very upset.

A more consistent focus on friendliness, cleanliness, and preparation would make a noticeable difference. Chipotle is a convenient option when you are looking for a quick meal, but it does not always deliver the quality or value expected for the price. With improvements in consistency, portion sizes, and overall service, it could easily become a much better dining experience.

  When the employee handling my order completed it, they slammed the food onto the counter with significant force and displayed clear, unprovoked aggression toward me. This behavior was deeply unsettling and completely inappropriate. ​I have already submitted a formal complaint regarding this incident through your online feedback portal, but I am following up here to ensure these details are fully captured. I did not catch the employee’s name, but I have attached a photo of the individual who served me on the feedback portal report to assist in identifying them. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed so that other guests do not have to experience this kind of hostility. I expect a response regarding how this will be handled and would prefer to resolve this directly, but I am prepared to escalate this further if necessary. I look forward to hearing how this will be handled.
