- SMSabina MarianoSep 1, 20261.0I’m extremely unsatisfied with my experience. I got all the way home only to realize the wrong bowl had been put in my bag and my entire order was missing, so I had to drive all the way back. When I returned, the red-haired employee who originally helped me had nothing but attitude. I believe her name starts with a K, and based on other reviews, she may be the same employee others have complained about. She offered no apology and tried to give me food that had been sitting there for over an hour. When I simply asked for my food to be remade fresh, she became irritated, refused to return to the window, and sent another employee to tell me that I had made her uncomfortable and cry. That was completely bizarre because I never yelled or disrespected her—I only asked her to correct their mistake and remake my food. After waiting, I was handed probably the smallest, saddest Chipotle bowl I’ve ever seen. Two trips, terrible customer service, and barely any food. Management seriously needs to address this employee’s behavior. Extremely disappointing from start to finish.

I’m not sure why she thought it was okay to do so, but I would not eat at this location as they don’t seem to respect families with young children and will smoke within 20 feet of them.

She provided excellent customer service, especially after I expressed my concerns about the Western Blvd location not honoring the first responder discount. She listened to my concerns, was very professional, and made sure I felt heard and valued. She even told me that if I come to her location, I’ll always be taken care of. Thank you, Tanita, for going above and beyond!
