There is one single white girl there who moves with a sense of urgency and everyone else in the front moves extra slow. This is the second time where the line kept growing and this one hispanic looking young male moves super slow. He literally sprinkled the cheese on so slow like he was adding ✨”razzle dazzle” ✨ I understand people are tired but this person moved with NO SENSE OF URGENCY even with the line continuously growing and customers looking super annoyed.
- LSleigha sniderApr 23, 20261.0usually this place is on point but the guy working the inside food line today (4/23/2026 between 4pm-4:30pm) was moving slow and the other guy that was working it right before him was getting food mixed into other food containers. acting like i was the problem when i asked for fresh queso instead of wanting queso that had random meat and other foods spilled into it. we waited 15 minutes for new queso and had to remind them 3 times about it. i’ve never seen a chipotle be such a mess … maybe that’s how this one is normally. it was my first time inside this one. i usually place my order through the app and pickup in the drive thru.
