  Everytime I come to this chipotle, most of the staff (not all) act as if it is the biggest inconvenience on this earth to assist me/customers. I am very nice and try to keep talking to a minimum because I understand it gets overwhelming and not everyone wants a conversation but it doesn’t matter, the attitude, the demeanor is always annoyed and rude. Not to mention when I have to ask for double protein because the portions are small, I barely get what is considered double. I am getting charger for double so I should receive that. They try so hard to get you out of there, that it’s hard to get a word in to ask for things u want down the food line, and god forbid u forget something and you ask politely, the response stays the same with annoyance. This is almost an every time thing, I’ve been to this location many times and it is like this 85% of the time. Please do better.

  Genuinely some of the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. My family and I got nothing but rude and hostile reactions just for me asking for a spoon when there weren’t any available, and it wasn’t just who i assumed was the manager it was almost the whole crew in the front. Luckily I had a pickup order so I didn’t have to deal with it long but needless to say I definitely wont be dining at this location anymore. The food was great though so that was the only positive from this.

  Very slow and rude to go staff undercut the amount of meat I was supposed to get on my food. The whole staff was ignoring to go people. Not to mention my food was over 20 minutes behind schedule when I showed up they weren’t even working on orders.

  Placed an order online. Picked up order 5 minutes later BEFORE the app said it was ready and my burrito was cold and hard as a rock. I called the restaurant to let them know and the general manner told me she couldn’t do anything about and hung up. Very unprofessional people here! Just go to the one on the other side of town!!!!

  Went into Chipotle on August 18th 2026 for lunch at 12.22 for lunch. The bowl with the fried rice with steak and peppers were not hot. Prior to ordering this i saw one of the workers temp food in a pan then dump new on top of old. Which you're not supposed to do. Then after getting the food going to sit down saw numerous tables not wiped down. One especially smeared with food. Also while sitting there I witnessed a number of customers coming in. And no one from behind the counter coming out to wipe down the tables at all. Totally unsatisfactory
