This day I came, a Black woman with blue/green glasses bringing food to the vehicles says to me the price… I said “but they manager told me before it’s free” she says “it’s not free, but I can ask the general manager if she can give it to you for free but it’s not free, ” and she said it very rudely, Like I’m going to prove you wrong kind of way. Mind you when the general manager gave it to me for free before (another black woman with glasses). She comes back and says “she said it’s not for free” and was not very kind about it! It would have been fine if it was said nicely but it didn’t make me feel comfortable in the slightest bit… she has zero customer service skills.

When we mentioned that we had three orders, she made a rude face and acted annoyed. The bags were thrown together with no organization, and several items we requested were missing. She also failed to include the sauces we asked for on the receipt, forcing us to track down another employee to fix the mistakes. That employee also seemed irritated that we were asking for items that should have been included in the first place. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. Based on this visit, I will not be returning.
