We went last night and I ordered at the table for the food to be delivered to the table. Well the older lady who cleans the tables came out with our tray and just started yelling for our table number. Then we never got our drinks with our order so my husband had to go up to the counter to ask for them and he was ignored for several minutes. They were not busy inside so that couldn’t be the excuse. We finally got our drinks and were able to enjoy our meal. The lady who brought out our food was still wearing the same gloves that she used to clean the tables and sweep the floors with and clean around the trash can. When we went to throw away our food the trash can was so full we could barely get our trash in it. Once again the dine in area was not busy at all. So no reason it could not have been taken out. Previous times they have given us the wrong drinks and messed up my order completely and gave me stuff I did not order but failed to listen to what I said and give me the stuff. The place seems to be going downhill with their dine in staff. The only reason we go here is because my daughter likes to play at the playground inside.

Not only will they screw up your catering order, they'll take up all the big booths one person at a time and not get up for families who come in and can't sit anywhere.

We ordered 3 milkshakes and 2 of them were very messy on the outside. There were 2 managers by the window and neither attempted to help or look over at us after one of them took the guy who was handing food to cars and sent him elsewhere to get more sauce. Both managers were just standing there. One kept looking in the bags of food to make sure the orders who packed, but the other was doing nothing. Will not return to that location.
