They could not give me a refund - I had to go through a website and then wait for the money to be refunded (3-5 business days). The staff did their best to help me find something similar (my SON ended up with a pink and white cake because it was the only thing in the right flavor) Staff was very apologetic and tried to be helpful but best advice - don't order any cakes online!!!

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
