  Food was great, as always... However, the Jamoca shake tasted more like a vanilla shake. The last two times I've gotten it at this store it has tasted more vanilla than anything. Not even a visible hint of chocolate or a tiny coffee taste, pure vanilla. But I still love Arby's, no matter what!

  So me and the boys finally decided to give the MEATS a try and just letting it be known,that a bar of is bologna and a piece of stale bread would have hit better

  General manger was extremely rude. I ordered 4 sandwiches and a fry to go. Asked for 10 packs of horsey sauce and she said she couldn’t give me packs only a cup. I went to fill up the cup in the lobby and it was empty. I told her and she said hold on and then continued to do other things. There were literally packs of horsey sauce right in front of her. I asked for packets and essentially had to bargain with her to get 4 packs. Either she’s not good at ordering for her store and was short until her next truck or trying to scrimp on costs? Maybe she was just a miserable human. Either way not a good experience.

  I love this Arby's. Great staff and the food was awesome. Jackie and staff are great. Cheessteake was fantastic.

  Came thru the drive thru today to try the new cheesesteak with no onions and while the line was quite backed up the sweet young lady I think her name was Laya at the drive thru was very welcoming & helped me thru ordering on the app for next time I will be back!!
