  We had an excellent lunch at Arby’s today. Vinnie took great care of us from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and very professional. Our food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the order was prepared quickly and correctly. My husband had the deluxe burger and I had the roast beef. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the customer service really stood out. Five stars for Vinnie and the whole team. We’ll definitely be back!

  I always appreciate Arby's freshness and flavor. Today I was craving a Reuben and I recalled Arby's did it best! Do you remember Arby's old campaign slogan, "Where's the beef?". When I saw my sandwich I asked myself that question. For the cost of the lunch meal today I was seriously wondering where the thick delicious corn beef was between the slices. Unfortunately the service at the counter was nothing beyond ordinary, which means I won't be choosing Arby's for future meals.

  We ordered two meals and one meal with a drink the other with s jamocha shake. We got our food cashier said she would bring our shake out to us. We checked on it twice. Still working on it. I guess we’ll take it home we finished our meal still no shake . Go to the counter machine is broken. I asked for a refund manager said he couldn’t give us a refund but was there something else we would like. If you order some thing and don’t get it you should get a refund.
