  Yesterday I went to order a Greek Gyro for my son. The lady who helped me at the drive thru Robin was the sweetest thing! SUPERB customer service and the food was tasty my son was satisfied

I recently had a disappointing experience at Arby’s involving cold fries and curly fries. I also observed food-handling practices that raised concerns, including employees handling food without gloves. Customers deserve hot, fresh food and proper food-safety practices. If you receive cold or improperly prepared food, or observe questionable food handling, speak up and report it to management. You can also consider contacting your local health department if you believe there may be a food-safety concern. Please check your food before leaving the restaurant and make sure you receive the quality and service you paid for. #healthdepartment
