  I’ve been here multiple times and order the same thing every time. And every time my drink is never all the way full well today I go and my drink is about 99% milk and the last 1% being matcha and to add my husband got a cappuccino and his drink was like 10% coffee the rest foam, they gave my kids more water than they gave him coffee. For the prices being what they are they should do better with what they give you 😕

  My experence with this place hasn't been good. The very first time my wife brought me here my order was messed up. I order one of their SF frozen chillers. What I got didn't look like the picture so we asked and were told that it was correct. I took their word for it and was drinking it. I order SF because I am a diabetic. I hadn't drank a quarter of the drink when my alarm went off indicating that my sugar was very high. That is when I realized that it wasn't SF. My wife and I went here tonight for a couple of their drinks. My order has been wrong 75% of the times that I have been here. Tonight was no exception. Both mine and my wife's drinks were made incorrectly. After taking a couple of sips of mine, I could tell that it wasn't SF and just the little bit that I drank started raising my blood sugar. She received her drimk first and immediately said it didn't look like the picture. The girl assured her that it was but again it wasn't. It had coconut flavor, which it wasn't supposed to, and she could taste that it was SF. The problem I have noticed on those occasions that the drinks have been wrong is that the employees are more concerned with having fun, joking and talking rather than completing the orders. This should be unacceptable for the amount you pay for these drinks. Needless to say, I won't be back.

  I love seven brew, but I’ve never gotten this bad of service. It took me almost 40 minutes to get a coffee because they are too busy talking inside and playing on their phones. I probably only saw four out of nine workers actually doing their job.

  Lately it's slacking bad!!! There is zero consistency. Our drinks look and taste different every time! I ordered a cinnamon roll yesterday and it looked and tasted like milk. Just gross! My daughter's blue razz lemonade was all blue razz and a shot of lemonade. Absolutely sour!! It's the past 3 times lately that nothing taste like it should. They need to stay on the recipe and be consistent. Because this is not how you do business. This is the excat reason I stopped going to Dunkin. Some employees are sweet as pie while others seem blank and lost.

  Won’t let you know if there’s promos going on and won’t let you get the promo after you paid your try and fix it…. Great customer service….
