  Half the time order is wrong. Drinks often taste like they have floor cleaner in it. The time it takes to go from order to food in hand for 1 person with NO OTHER customer on the property. I could leave go to the place on the corner, order, get their food and be back to sonic for my food and still have to wait. That's knowing Sonic is already the slowest fast food place.

  I have lived in the area for several years. Occasionally have stopped here, with very mixed results. The past 3 times we gave up ordering at the drive thru because nobody answered after repeated calls for service (around lunch, dinner, and once in evening). Other customers were doing the same. My wife ordered a chili dog here recently (successfully, gasp I know…) and upon getting home discovered it had actual plastic inside the hot dog between bun and dog. She reached out to corporate and waiting to hear back. I unfortunately have experienced bad fast food, and I’m sorry to say this Sonic is easily the worst fast food restaurant and also the worst Sonic I have been to. The quality of the food is “Sonic”, so I know what I’m getting and while the drinks I have ordered in the past are good, food tends to be luke warm and does not appear fresh made. I have had a burger here at least once that I actually did enjoy. You may ask, “What are you doing, why are still going there? Are you crazy? McDonald’s is at least a 3/5 in food quality.” There are reasons I stop here “maybe” once or twice a year. 1. Hungry and need a snack, and then either get it or give up because nobody answering drive thru machine. 2. Thirsty, because drinks are consistent. Food is 2/5 and service is 0/5. Can’t give a 0, but wish I could give negative. It’s fascinating how this restaurant stays in business when I drive by (usually multiple times a week), 0-1 cars there at any time of day. Fascinating and sad. I’m now going to question my life choices.

  At this point I don’t understand why you guys are still functioning … I ordered online and my good wa suppose to be ready @120 , well it’s currently 1:42 and I still haven’t received my food. Literally looks like there’s only one person working right now.

  Not the best experience. I made some modifications but didnt receive them. I was definitely charged for them but didnt receive them. (Extra cheese on my burger, sundae had no whip or cherry.) These things may seem small but its a big impact on your experience at an establishment and the lack of respect you feel when you could've spent your money elsewhere. And I drove 20mins to get there😩. On a higher note the young lady and gentleman that brought my food to me were very pleasant.

  We went through the drive through to grab a couple of corn dogs and onion rings for a tiny lunch snack. Easy to order. The guy who brought the food out was asked for a cup of ice and he was kind enough to get one without additional charge. Easy to transact. Corndog came with mustard. Tastes like a corn dog. The onion rings were really crunchy and yummie. Not a healthy meal but indulge once in a while with a corn dog!
