  Horrible customer service. Horrible service. Not coming again. Shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes to order food from a speaker after saying hello countless times.

  Just left and don’t plan to ever come back - too bad because my kids love the place. Was at drive through at 11:30am and was told “it would be awhile”. Trying to ask for some details, she basically just went away. So I wait awhile, and then see an employee walk out the back door and was hanging out in his car. So- took the kids to chick Fil A. Too bad sonic can’t get it right- they have a great menu and a clever order system.

  Atrocious wait times. We waited half an hour for an incorrect order. The app didn't work and they treated us like it was our fault. Many customers came and left without food while we waited.

  It’s a young lady that works there and she’s just amazing and friendly I tell her every time that she should do modeling. I think her name is Leanada or something like that but she’s a very respectful beautiful young lady who will be in a magazine one of these days

  These employees will do everything they can to ignore you. I can't believe you would pay someone to do that
