Went there and got 2 drinks, a twisted flamingo and ocean water. Employee seemed nice at first, but as I was eating the ice in my drink, I noticed the head of a screw poking out. I poked around with my straw just to see a pretty big screw had fallen into my drink, we were already 10 minutes away so I had called the location and the employee who answered was extremely rude saying he doesn’t know what to do, and he doesn’t know where I screw could’ve came from. Thanks for the new screw, might use it on my carpentry project.

I pressed the order button multiple times and no one came onto the mic or came to take my order. Had to leave without even being able to order.

I will never go to sonic again. Absolutely terrible. My wife and I drove up to the window and began ordering when one of the employees came around to my truck and started yelling items to our order and confusing the lady taking our order. He proceeded to say he was just messing with us. I had my wife and 1 year old daughter with me, he is lucky I remained as calm as I did. We decided to just leave because that made us extremely uncomfortable. If your employees are messing with the customers while they are trying to order, what are your employees doing to the food to mess with the customers? It’s no wonder sonic is failing as a company.

Went on to this Sonic for 2 drinks and a pretzel. Waited over 45 minutes to an hr. The manager was not friendly. Didn't tell us sorry for the wait, ignored us and said we didn't have a pick up order when clearly we did.

They got my order wrong and then I had to send back the mozzarella sticks. After waiting 10 minutes they were cooked too hard just to wait another 15 minutes for them to come out the same way. I ended up pulling them away. There was no urgency in the girl that bought my food was very nonchalant ago when I told her my order was wrong
