- TBTonya Bitting4 days ago2.0I just left this McDonald's and they have several items not being served right now.... for sure the Frap & the sunday so that was disappointing. However my review is based on the poor customer service I received. The guy taking the money barely spoke after I spoke... also he said my card declined & i told.him to run it again because theres no way it declined. He reluctantly ran it thru, it went thru & he said youre right. Not sorry about that.... The girl giving out the food didn't speak, didn't smile, didn't respond to thank you only handed me my food & seemed a bit bothered that I asked for ketchup & napkins for my fries. Maybe she was just a robot.... lol!! The manager (I assume manager- blonde hair blue shirt) was standing beside her having a playful conversation with another employee. She looked at me and also didn't acknowledge me. I definitely will not visit that location again. Poor customer service!! You don't serve every option on the menu & you have bad customer service?? I see why there was no one in line at the drive thru when I was there.

- DDDave dazaApr 15, 20265.0Tall guy in drive-through with glasses I believe his name is Eric, every time I come in with my son on tuesdays he is professional and over the top, polite and patient. Employees like that are hard to come by.

I always order ahead with the mobile app and never have any issues. The employees are very nice and the majority of the time I hardly have to wait more than a few minutes for my food.
