  never would have gotten a bad review from me if they didn't load my sandwich with mustard making it completely inedible. "Regular mustard" does not mean drenched the bread with mustard to the point where everything slides off the sandwich, And for those that I've limited time on a lunch break, you go all morning thinking about what you want for lunch, you would understand how pissed I am, Never asking for mustard on a sandwich from Jimmy John's again. Never thought I'd write a bad review because of too much mustard.

  So thankful for the new owners. Before this was the worst Jimmy John’s we had ever been to. Now it is one of the best. Excellent customer service and fresh food!
