    Very disappointing experience. The employees were behaving unprofessionally and were more focused on talking to each other than helping customers. I was left waiting and felt completely ignored. It honestly seemed like they didn’t care that a customer was standing there waiting for their order. I came to get a drink, not to stand around wondering if anyone was going to acknowledge me. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

    Is the coffee good? Yeah. Is it worth the wait? No. Are people getting angry in the parking lot because there is no system to move the three lanes of traffic they have in the parking lot? Absolutely. When it takes thirty minutes to get two iced coffees, it is annoying to see someone that showed up three cars behind you suddenly two cars ahead of you. And since there’s nobody making sure everything moves out of the pileup the same way they moved into the pileup - we’ve got people giving each other the finger in some weird passive-aggressive show of dominance. Skip it unless the parking lot is empty.

    Yall have got to get this drive thru situation sorted out. When the line is 3 lanes wide and you have 1 girl out here taking orders and then she just randomly disappears and no one’s taking orders for over 20 minutes and the line doesn’t move it’s ridiculous

    1st time here and it was amazing! I got a Medium (24oz) iced cupcake oatmilk latte and it tasted better than 🧜‍♀️! I went with 3 of my friends for my birthday and the staff were all very nice at the window. We walked up to the service window- all of our drinks were made very fast and well. Food was on the tiny side for the price but my friends still enjoyed. Will be back :)

    I waited 37 minutes to get through the line and once you are in the line there is no way to get out. There weren’t that many cars ahead but they were clearly understaffed and were moving very slow. Also I was charged 13.55 for two small coffees which seems high. No receipt was given so I don’t have anything to reference but just saw the charge show up. Definitely not worth the long wait and high prices.
