It’s a drive through coffee spot. The coffee cup are bigger then Starbucks and the coffee is way delicious. You have the options to download the app and collect point to get sticker and free drinks overall this is my new coffee spot!!

I generally enjoy Dutch Bros and I was so excited to see they were opening a location in Indian Trail and another in Monroe. When I stopped by this morning around 7:30 the line wasn't very long but it took 45 minutes to get my one drink. The entire Dutch Bros team stopped operations to get together and take and espresso shot and they did not seem concerned about taking orders and making drinks with any amount of haste. I don't plan to come back anytime soon.

When I arrived, I was the only one at the window. A person had just left from being helped and when I got there, one girl made eye contact with me another girl came maybe 10 minutes later to say that someone would be with me shortly but then continue to chat it up with the other girl and then started sweeping and then they just started playing around. 20 minutes has now gone by and again I'm still the only one at the window and the same girl comes by makes eye contact with me and then never takes my order. Now 30 minutes has gone by and Katie finally comes up and asked have I been helped and I tell her no and so now she finally comes and helps me and she apologizes for the other ones who were clearly just playing around. And then I finally get my stuff stuff and someone walks up right behind me a mother and daughter and they instantly get helped. It seems like a lot of young girls in there are just about playing around and not doing their job and don't care really about the Customer and how long they're standing outside even if they're the only one. I watched at least three rounds of cars get done by the time Katie finally came up there to help me. So if it wasn't for Katie, I probably would've been standing there for another 20 if not 30 minutes of the same girls just looking at me

I got to say I am impressed! Super impressed! I have had friends that knew of Dutch Bros before it coming to NC and they were so excited once they found out one was coming nearby. I drove past it a few times seeing the long lines and thinking to myself it’s not worth it and it’s probably just another competitor to Dunkin’ Donuts. However on this day the lines were not long at all and I decided to give it a shot and boy I was impressed! Dunkin’ Donuts lattes are typically very syrupy and consistency is out the door. I came here and luckily the line was not long at all, so I said now is the time. I decided to try the fan favorite Golden Eagle and I loved it! I may ask for it to be a little sweeter next time but overall it was a well balanced latte. The balance of milk and coffee was so delicious! The customer service was also notable to mention. The staff were very cheerful and excited to serve the customer. I will be back Dutch Bros although you will be a problem for my wallet! I will add that parking is a challenge there so I recommend you stick to the drive through.

usually love coming here for a quick pick me up! and it’s usually worth the wait - dulce de leche chai w/ oat milk + a shot of espresso is my go-to and my partner loves the golden eagle. i know they’re a new location with staff that’s still learning, so i try to be as patient and kind as possible. i’ve yet to have any major issues with the drive thru! the employees do their best and get thru the line surprisingly fast. still, i had a terrible visit today - walk-up window barista was rude and spoke to me like i was a complete idiot. it took 10min before they acknowledged me after addressing everyone else around me. they asked me to reconfirm my order at least 4-5 times from the top. they asked my name, i said i had the app (with my name attached to it), and they rolled their eyes before condescendingly still asking for my name and last initial. that’s fine! it’s busy, and maybe they’re having a rough shift. i’m told my drinks will be right out, but with an attitude and zero eye contact. ok! 10/10 customer service!! my name gets called out eventually, then my drinks are handed to the wrong person. there were zero apologies extended. 1). some baristas need to be re-trained in basic customer service skills. 2). a simple “i’ll be right with you” goes a long way! 3). there’s a polite, respectful, and non-condescending way to still ask for my name + last initial while also mentioning your ability to scan my rewards account. 4). might be beneficial to retrain some baristas to reread checks and hand out the right drinks to the right person. and call out the first and last name if ur gonna ask it of me! 5). i observed customers after me getting their orders taken. other baristas scanned the rewards code w/o asking for a first name and last initial. they also got stickers upon checkout! i got attitude and zero eye contact. 6). please don’t ask me to repeat my drink order 4+ times AND THEN STILL MAKE IT WRONG! i try my best not to be a difficult customer, especially when it’s visibly busy. i love dutch bros and i stop by at least 3 times a week! i don’t plan on changing that but basic customer service + respect go a long way, especially when both parties are having a rough day.
