- BBBeauty5 days ago1.0I gave them two chances first cup was watery and milky did not taste like coffee. Second time got the recommended cookie coffee it was so strong and tasted nothing like a cookie and also was watery no balance. Staff doesn’t have menus and give you recommendations but why don’t they have a menu? Then they are rushing you through the process as if you are taking up their time. I’m trying to get a fill of what Dutch Bros serves.

I was in and out within 20 minutes each time..The guy Andrew, who served me and there was another girl I don’t remember her name but absolutely 10 out of 10 service super happy joyful to serve people in that line. keep up the great work, Dutch Bros

Abby was super sweet and gave me some stickers and a key chain. I didn't get the name of the guy at the window but he was also so sweet and handed me a free mug for the grand opening. So excited they are here and will be back!

I used to be a loyal clutch customer before they sold to Dutch bros so I’ve been patiently waiting for them to open up! It was worth the wait 🤍 the menu is EXTENSIVE but the crew took their time explaining the choices & letting you pick your drink. New app members got a free medium drink so I used that to try their OG rebel refresher with the green tea base. And the flavor was watermelon, passion fruit & pomegranate (I removed the grapefruit). They also gave out some cute little goodies & it was overall a dope experience. Can’t wait to stop by every Saturday after the skating rink like I used to. Thanks yall!

I’m from out west so I know what I wanted but the passing out of the menus is so helpful to prove who haven’t had every drink on the menu. I pulled into the line at 11:35 am and pulled out of the lot at 11:57 there was 23 people in front of me when I ordered my drink. Everyone was so sweet and I believe the franchise was even in their taking orders, making drinks and getting drinks through the drive thru. Just wanted to give the whole team a shoot out because I’m sure tons of people will be negative!

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
