  I am livid about my wrong order tonight and the service l received when reporting it. I had major surgery yesterday and my only food is a salad with no dressing of any kind. I report it and Nancy answers the phone and laughs in my face and l ask my husband to check the receipt in case it was his error and we didn't even have the right receipt and the entire crew is laughing at me in tge background including Nancy.. that is horrible 😢 😞 how could you laugh and think this was funny, I've been waiting hours to take my pain pills with my salad and they think its funny.. that's because they don't care. Im crying and beyond horrified someone would treat me so badly... because of there mistake.. I'm a huge rewards member and will tell everyone about this experience and never come here again. You tell Nancy she needs a different job!!

  I love Chick-fil-A and we go to them all the time but the breakfast patties the chicken sandwich was so tiny. I didn’t even cover the bread or hangover was very disappointed.

  What I really love about this location is that it has a designated mobile-thru. It makes the line go a bit faster because I always order from the app. But recently, my food has been subpar. Today in particular, my salad only had half of the hard boiled egg and what looked like about 3/4 of the grilled chicken breast. It was almost chopped up vs how it is normally, sliced. I keep thinking maybe it's a bad day, but this keeps happening. Hoping they can figure it out soon. I don't want to goal the way to Monroe.

  I really love the new grilled jalapeño chicken sandwich. The first time I had it, wow! Chick-fil-A always sets an excellent standard in customer service and so far my experience has been great. I have been visiting since my children were babies and the same consistent quality of care has continued. It has been a place to unwind while the children play in the slide and the cleanliness of the bathroom and just general kindness of staff and signature phrase "It's my pleasure" after helping a guest makes Chick-fil-A stand out in its service level.
