Young woman by the name of Quinaysia went above and beyond to provide quality customer service during our visit. Will definitely visit this location again when in NC.

I slipped and fell because of it. What made it worse was that the workers didn’t seem concerned or care about what happened. The restroom was also poorly maintained, with way too many napkins stuffed around the toilet area, making it look messy and unprofessional. Management needs to do a better job keeping customers safe and maintaining the restaurant.

The employee attending to me isn't talking to me or saying anything as customer servicey the. When I finally said something, she told me they're still waiting in the sausage. Yet I'm seeing the biscuit sandwich maker making other orders while I'm waiting patiently, and nobody including the managers are doing anything to speed up or say anything. They're just working like I'm not even waiting there. The in-house service here is horrible. DON'T COME HERE!!!!!!

And service in the wait time is totally unacceptable. I stopped by this morning to grab a biscuit. I order quickly and just to find three more cars sitting in front of me waiting. One car was in front waiting for the food to be brought out. Second car had been sitting there for at least 8 or 9 minutes. So the car in front of me went up to the window and sat there another 4 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window. Two cars behind me had already ordered on the microphone they pulled out I backed up and pulled out myself. It wasn't that busy person I just think it's poor management would not recommend this place
