While waiting for all of that to take place, I was handed my scoop of ice cream with a gigantic eye lash right on top. When I asked for a new scoop wo a eye lash on it the little employee Christan laughed about it and then showed all 3 of the other employees like it was funny. This was my 2nd experience here. Last summer my kids and I came in to get ice cream to no AC and the employee told me their AC has been out for 2 weeks.....whoever runs this store obviously could care less about it. Horible place!!

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
