  Staff was very kind and helpful, food was mediocre at best. Not much seasoning on the burger. For a burger, fries, and a water, I paid $15 and they barely gave me a half of a cup of sauce. atmosphere was as stale as your office job. The highlight was the staff, otherwise I would only leave one star. Hope my review was constructive, needs improvement, but it’s starting to get good.

  I hate giving bad reviews when it’s not about food but here we are. The food itself was pretty good. I enjoyed my burger and so did my partner. The issue was the service. It took 50 minutes to get my food!!! First my boyfriend got his burger without his fries and then when they brought my burger and fries it was the WRONG burger even though the receipt was on the plate with everything I asked for printed on it. Went up to the counter asked for the fries we ordered and then explained that the burger was wrong. We had already been waiting 20+ minutes so you would think they would rush it so I can eat with my partner. WRONG. It took another 20+ minutes to get my food and I had to go up to the counter to ask about it because they never brought it out. Amazingly it was done went I went up there but it was cold… I asked if it was just sitting there and they told me no it just finished but again the burger was cold. I asked for a Togo box because at that point my boyfriend had finished his food and I was ready to get out of there.

  Went to Smashburger for the first time today with my brother. Got the Greek goddess bacon stack burger, single patty, with chili cheese smash fries. Absolutely delicious. The burger was so tasty, juicy, and the bacon was crispy like I like it. The fries, there’s a rosemary garlic seasoning on them and it paired so nicely with the chili and cheese. 5/5, would recommend and I WILL be coming back. I didn’t catch the cashiers’ name, but he was very friendly and helpful. Service was great, we got our food quick, it was just a very good time.

  Took too long to make a single with bacon and fries. Went and got gas and came back, waited over 10 minutes asked for an update told me I was coming up just waiting on fries. I see him pull the fries 3 minutes passed still no food so I gave one more time then requested a refund. I understand the business is new but doing this at home don’t take that long. Sorry won’t be back.

  Did not like the taste of their burgers. They tasted as if they where either grilled over old oil or dirty grills. My wife requested plain burger and received a cheeseburger. They did offer to correct the error but she did not want to wait any longer. She found burger upsetting as well. She never wants to return to this location again. Sorry guys, I expected premium taste for paying a premium price and was sadly disappointed.
