    Love the menu these days. But the services too fast.... Meaning the french fries were cooked before we got there as was the fish and the chicken. Everything 'fresh' was served within 2 minutes of ordering. So just average. If you've not been to showmars before, the service is mostly self-service ..... order at the counter, they bring the food out but you have to get up and ask if you want anything else or refills.

    Quality has gone down while price increases like most places. $6 for a half gallon of sour tea…this isn’t the first time either which is why I’m even taking the time to write this. I order the same meal for years, lesser quality of cuts and less on plate. Gyro platter is just thin and greasy!

    It saddens me to write and post this review. I truly wanted to remain a regular customer at this restaurant. I couldn't take anymore subtle racist and prejudice experiences from the servers and cashiers. If management is unaware, they need to call a meeting. Servers - leaving the dirty metal numbers on my table and not clearing all trash off my table (They usually deliver food and remove the number but they leave it on mine. They do not clear my table of trash as they do everyone else. When I make attempts to throw away my own after eating THEN they try to insist on throwing my trash away). Very passive aggressive. - Not checking to see if I need ANYTHING (as they did with others nearby) Cashiers - Don't speak - They give blank "GenZ stares" without giving preper service Since my dine-in experiences were getting sloppy and rude, I chose to get food to go. The cashiers (young and clueless) have no idea how to communicate with paying customers and do not speak or greet me upon entering. They do speak to the white customers as soon as they walk in. I am always kind and don't expect anything but decency, professionalism, and fresh food. There are few workers here who need training on how to treat ALL people of with equal respect. I hope this review helps to shed light for management. The last experience left a terrible impression and I will never return nor will I share this business with anyone else. I will just be one less person eating here. They can keep their old desserts and poor service. All the desserts are old. They need improvements with how to give proper customer service, from the AM to PM staff. The PM staff are rude and treat people with lax service. If you are Black, pay attention to your treatment here. If they don't speak to you with respect or at all, go where you are welcomed.

    Poor customer service to people of color. Beware. I've gone multiple times. Same experience. I told the young (and clueless) cashier that no one speaks...every time I enter. Neither he nor the other cashier spoke. He had ZERO experience with customer service. His only reply, "Is it for here to go?" What an ignorant response! So, if you're hungry, go somewhere else. Or enter at your own risk of not being acknowledged like a human being. Especially with the 4pm staff.
