  We actually went for the blooming onion. I did not partake because as soon as it was placed on the table I could smell the grease the had been frying in all day. Maybe we'll try again earlier in the day. The medium we'll steak, was rare. Nothing the air fryer at home couldnt fix. And the potato soup taste like Bear Creek from the local grocery isle. While the food left much to be desired, Tracy, the waiter was amazing!

  Our baby was fussy while we were waiting for our food and instead of getting side eye from staff, the manager brought over toys to help entertain him so we didn't have to take him outside. Fantastic service ❤️

  Tried to eat here around 7:15 on 5/6 and the experience was rough. I waited in the bar area for quite a while without anyone acknowledging me. A waiter walked by multiple times before I finally asked if someone was working the section. He said yes and told someone in the back, “you have someone out there,” but no one ever came out. Meanwhile, staff in the back seemed more focused on laughing and socializing than helping customers. After waiting even longer, I went to the bar and still wasn’t acknowledged by the bartender. At that point, I just left. Plenty of other options nearby — I’d recommend going to LongHorn Steakhouse instead.

  Not typically someone to complain about a restaurant experience, however, this is the third chance I’ve given this location in 2 months. My kids love Outback, but 2 out of the 3 times their food arrived so cold, we had to send back to reheat. Today we waited an hour for 2 kids meals and a steak sandwich. My sandwich was missing ingredients and was terribly dry. I didn’t receive the salad I ordered. Our wait staff has always been lovely but serving too many tables at once in the early evenings between 5-7. Hate that we’ve had such a negative experience.

  Rarely does a "standard" chain location surprise me, but the Huntersville Outback team blew us away. We stopped in mid-week for my son’s 13th birthday, and while the food was good, the service was truly phenomenal. They went out of their way to make my son feel celebrated. Despite a massive group of 40 athletes dining right next to us, the team didn't miss a beat. Our server was attentive and apologetic for any perceived delay, and the entire staff maintained a high-energy, cheery atmosphere. A special shoutout to the manager, Ronnie, who was incredibly hospitable and found thoughtful ways to recognize my son’s birthday. He’s clearly leading a great team. Needless to say, they’ve earned a loyal customer—especially from my now 13-year-old.
