  All I got was a drink but I got it fairly quickly and the restaurant was clean. The parking lot layout was weird, was hard to find a parking spot that wasn't far away from the door.

  I pulled in to get breakfast at the drive-thru at 6:30a with no one else in line. As I pulled around, I noticed one car in a “waiting for food” space. After getting my bottle of water, I was asked to pull into another “waiting for food” space. And then I waited. And waited. At one point, an employee did come out and talk to the first car. It was clear that they weren’t getting food yet. The employee went back in and the car still didn’t move. I finally gave up and left after 12 minutes with the first car still sitting there. That was an expensive bottle of water!

  This is by far the worst McDonald’s in Huntersville. The service is absolutely terrible especially inside they prioritize drive-through and even then they have multiple people parked all the time. The orders are never right. Everything is always a delay. One time I ordered two milkshakes and waited 20 minutes before they told me that the milkshake machine wasn’t even working. You can tell the franchise owner is stingy as hell you are not able to self serve yourself for soft drinks or any condiments which means you have to ask the staff, who is always looking very busy, but actually not doing anything. Avoid at all costs.

  Bad service, Larger gentleman working Drive Thru and inside counter at 6am with headphone on . Had an order for pick up he kept looking at me at counter while working drive thru orders , to point my order was literally sitting on his work station counter. He continues to ignore me and continues to keep doing drive up orders that came in after he already bagged my pick up order . He finally turned clearly at me I asked for the order and he’s like oh your DD you can wait till I’m ready . No less during this time he also filled fryer with hash brown patties into race with BARE HANDS . This is not first time nor second encounter with this guy it’s a few times no gloves the time he works with food , but more his ignorance to others .
