  Waited about 40 minutes total for a drive-thru order after being asked to park and wait for food to be brought out. After sitting there for roughly 30 minutes with no update, I finally had to go inside myself to ask about the order, then waited another 10 minutes before receiving it. I understand restaurants get busy and delays happen, but what disappointed me most was the way the situation was handled. When I politely mentioned the excessive wait and asked if anything could be done regarding the experience, the manager responded with a rude/snarky attitude and aggressively handed me an apple pie. Good customer service isn’t about perfection; it’s about communication and professionalism when mistakes happen. Unfortunately, this experience lacked both.

  Every morning I pray I do not get the female drive through cashier. Every morning they never have frappes but seconds later I door dash it to my job from the same location and they magically have it. She does not take pride in her job at all

  Very fast and friendly service. The lady who handed me my daughter's food told me to have a blessed day. That small statement made my day! Thank you!

  Writing this as a 1-star review to hopefully get it the notice it needs. I was at this restaurant in the drive thru around 11-11:30 AM on 4/12/2026. The employee at the register handed us a bag of food that was not ours, and we hadn’t noticed and were eating the fries from it while awaiting the rest of our order. When she came back, we pointed out that this was not our food, and I watched her take the bag and immediately deliver it to the customer who was parked in the mobile order pickup spot. Be warned.
