⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing first experience at Link & Pin! Our server, Zack, was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, attentive, and gave us some great recommendations. He suggested the Brussels sprouts, which were delicious, and we also had the deviled eggs — everything was so good! To make our first visit even more special, Zack surprised us with a complimentary salted caramel sponge cake for dessert. It was such a thoughtful gesture and absolutely delicious! We also really appreciated Amanda, the General Manager, taking the time to come over to our table and personally check on us and ask about our service and experience. That extra level of attention really showed how much they care about their guests. Between Zack’s amazing service, Amanda checking in on us, the delicious food, and the warm hospitality, our first visit was definitely a memorable one. We will absolutely be back! Thank you, Zack and Amanda, for making our first experience at Link & Pin so special! ❤️

Absolutely — here’s a full-glaze, make-the-manager-notice-Moe version: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Moe was absolutely AMAZING!!! Seriously one of the best servers we’ve ever had anywhere. From the second we sat down, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our entire experience at Link & Pin so much better. Her service was literally flawless. She was always checking on us at exactly the right time, made sure our drinks were never empty, knew the menu extremely well, gave great recommendations, and somehow managed to be super attentive without ever making us feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she takes care of and takes a ton of pride in giving great service. What really stood out was her personality. Moe is the type of server you actually remember after you leave a restaurant. She was funny, personable, professional, and made us feel like we were her favorite table in the restaurant. That kind of hospitality is rare. Link & Pin is already a great restaurant, but having someone like Moe takes the experience to another level. Management should seriously recognize her because she is an absolute asset to this place. We will 100% be coming back and specifically asking for Moe every single time. If you come to Link & Pin in Huntersville, ASK FOR MOE. You will not be disappointed. 10/10 food, 100/10 service from Moe. Give her a raise!!! 👏🔥

We had a really great experience. Dey and Andy were wonderful servers and did everything they could to make sure we were happy. There were a couple of minor (and very subjective) issues with the wings we ordered as an appetizer, but they treated our MINOR disappointment with such care and urgency and were very nice about it! Amanda, the manager, was also very attentive and personable. She checked in with us and made us feel really welcome. Great service all around, and we would definitely come back again. Great experience from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out!

This Restaurant was great! Our Waitress, Melissa absolutely is the best, we seated before her a table of 12+ and she handled our table exceptionally well! I had a Sirloin, which was cooked precisely as i asked! The establishment has an awesome ambiance to it... very welcoming staff and all. Would definitely recommend a visit, as i plan to revisit to further explore the other dishes on the menu... and i did forget to mention the Old Fashioned Coffee Bourbon was amazing paired with my dish! Melissa, thank you again!

From the moment we walked in, the experience was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere immediately pulled us in—the décor was beautiful, warm, inviting, and thoughtfully put together, creating the perfect setting to relax, enjoy great food, and simply take in the moment. Andy was PHENOMENAL! His hospitality truly elevated our entire experience. He was attentive without being overbearing, personable, welcoming, and genuinely intentional about making sure every need was met. It’s rare to receive service that makes you feel truly cared for, and Andy did exactly that. Now, let’s talk about the FOOD! The General Tso’s Cauliflower was absolutely AMAZING—bold, flavorful, and so satisfying. And the hummus plate was just as impressive. Every bite felt thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Hats off to the chef because the kitchen definitely understood the assignment! Between the delicious food, beautiful atmosphere, and exceptional service, this was more than just a meal—it was an experience. We left full, happy, and already talking about coming back. Definitely a place we will return to!
