  I truly enjoyed my time at Link & Pin. The food was great and the service was amazing. Chloe, my new friend was absolutelv phenomenal. She was kind, professional, friendly, & provided great service. Amanda was also amazing, friendly, social, and made me feel like a valued customer. I'll definitely return soon!!!

  Moe was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her customer service was excellent, and he made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. It’s always refreshing to have someone who is genuinely kind and takes pride in providing great service. Thank you, Moe! We will definitely be back! She was such a good time.

  Probably the worst “modern fine dining” experience I’ve ever had. The food temperatures for the cuts of meat were completely wrong, all the food for us came out cold. A total of two refills for over 2 and a half hours. Was extremely slow for food took over an hour after we ordered, which mind you took an hour for the “server” to even start talking about appetizers let alone ask what we wanted to eat. He was very rude and gave off an” i don’t care attitude”, which can be charming but due to his lack of presence at the table it truly felt like he did not care. I’ve worked in fine dining for several years now and understand things happen, servers get oversat, there’s a lot of tickets, there’s a long wait, etc. but this experience was honestly horrible, this is probably my first and last review, but it was so bad I had to leave one. Also managers were bad too.

  Me and my husband came for a date night and me and him both just have to say this place was the most amazing and beautiful place we’ve ever been to, the staff is so sweet and welcoming, and our waiter Cameron was so sweet and so helpful since this was our first time here, and the food was perfect, definitely order the steaks they melt in your mouth. The owner is so sweet and walks around and asks everyone how they’re experience was and it felt so nice having the owner come to us and really hear how our time was and experience we will definitely be back please come here y'all won’t regret it!

  I had an amazing dining experience, and I want to give a special shout-out to our waitress, Shadejah Stitt. She took exceptional care of our party of 5 and made sure everyone was taken care of from start to finish. Shadejah was friendly, respectful, genuine, and incredibly attentive. Even with a larger group, she stayed organized, kept our drinks refilled, made sure our food came out correctly, and checked on us regularly without ever making us feel rushed. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out and made our meal even more enjoyable. Excellent customer service is hard to come by, and Shadejah exceeded our expectations. If you’re dining here, I highly recommend asking for her. She is an incredible waitress and a true asset to the restaurant. Thank you, Shadejah, for making our experience such a memorable one!
