  Helpful employees anytime I've had to ask where something is whoever I ask always goes above and beyond, at times even checking in the back when we can't find a product.

  I want to take a moment to recognize Brandon in the meat department at Food Lion in Huntersville on Statesville Road. He is truly an exceptional employee and consistently goes above and beyond to help customers. Brandon has helped me on numerous occasions when they didn’t have the premade chicken breast and green beans available. Instead of simply telling me they were out, he has taken the time to make it for me. He has also helped me package chicken breasts when I needed them prepared a certain way. What really stands out is his willingness to help and his genuine customer service. He is always friendly, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. Employees like Brandon make a huge difference in the shopping experience, and I truly appreciate everything he has done for me. Food Lion should be proud to have someone like Brandon on their team. He deserves recognition for the exceptional service he provides to his customers! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Allay was absolutely rude and has ZERO customer service skill. Her and coworkers were laughing when my family walked in and followed us around talking and saying rude comments right behind us and proceeded to ask RIDICULOUS questions at checkout while giggling. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. My family will take our business elsewhere because by no means is that acceptable for a manager. She needs that title STRIPPED. Assistant or not, she is awful and doesn’t deserve a title let alone employment.
