- JJjoSep 24, 20261.0I only go to this location for convenience. The staff Definitely(!!!) needs Customer Service Training! Esp a cashier or manager who chased me down, while I'm injured, because I took an empty cart from front of the store. Rather than getting a new one, she was determined to get that 1 cart from me, because "it belongs to online shopping". Pisspoor approach!
- BMBeverly MitzelSep 22, 20264.0Good prices. Very clean amd bright store. I shop herebegularly to feed my family. They often need more help at cashier, but the old regulars are very nice.
- MBMichelle BennettSep 22, 20264.0I typically have a great experience when visiting Food Lion. Lately, the store has been in excellent condition. I appreciate it when items on sale are in stock. This is always a pleasant surprise.

- ESElizabeth SmithAug 11, 20265.0I want to take a moment to recognize Brandon in the meat department at Food Lion in Huntersville on Statesville Road. He is truly an exceptional employee and consistently goes above and beyond to help customers. Brandon has helped me on numerous occasions when they didn’t have the premade chicken breast and green beans available. Instead of simply telling me they were out, he has taken the time to make it for me. He has also helped me package chicken breasts when I needed them prepared a certain way. What really stands out is his willingness to help and his genuine customer service. He is always friendly, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. Employees like Brandon make a huge difference in the shopping experience, and I truly appreciate everything he has done for me. Food Lion should be proud to have someone like Brandon on their team. He deserves recognition for the exceptional service he provides to his customers! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
