  I had previously sworn off patronizing that particular location because of three previously botched orders. When I asked to speak to the manager, I ended up speaking to a young lady that left me with the impression that it was beyond her control as to why I was repeatedly having bad experiences! I’m delighted to report that James Banham has taken the helm as manager and navigated it to a successful operation that I am once again pleased to support with my business. Congratulations on a job well done, sir.

  HIRE MORE PEOPLE, the worker here is by themselves absolutely killing it🔥 they shouldn’t be doing all these orders by themselves especially since yall dropping deals left & right. Get this person some help common now¡¡ keep up the great work tho¡ 🔥🗣️

  This Domino's on Rosedale Hill in Huntersville has serious problems... I placed a order in store for a large pepperoni pizza. I paid with cash, told them to keep the change as a tip. They said come back in 15 to 20 minutes. I come back and the pizzas not ready. They said they were having difficulty locating where I placed a order. I said I just came by 20 minutes ago and placed the order. They asked me if I'm sure I didn't order from another location. I know where I ordered from, thank you. After waiting 25 minutes and speaking to a unprofessional "manager" I was told that I must have ordered from another location because they have no record of my order. I have called a couple times and been promised follow up from their higher ups but I am yet to receive a call and it's been over a week. The manager I talked to on my last call was extremely rude, insinuating I was trying to get something for free. I'll chalk it up as a lesson learnt... They can have what I paid for the large pepperoni. I will tell everyone I can, including all my family and their friends in Huntersville.... Pay for something here and you might not get anything and be accused of trying to pull a fast one when you just want what you ordered! I will never be back here.

  Came to this Dominos yesterday and there were 2 young guys who seemed as if they were new employees at the front counter ready to take orders. As soon as I walked through the door, they greeted me and my son. However, they spoke way too fast and they seemed very untrained. After ordering my food, I asked if they could run the wings through the oven twice just for that well done look and taste. The manager said it was against the store’s policy so I couldn’t have it done. I knew right then, I should have asked for my money back because how it’s against the store’s policy of how I want my food cooked and I’m paying for it? Also, moments later after I had been waiting for my food to get done. I just so happened to be looking through the glass shield and started watching the young lady put toppings on the pizzas and noticed that immediately after she place the pizza in the oven, she reached in her pocket got out a tissue and started cleaning it. Now, at first, I thought I was just seeing things because I knew anybody in their right mind should know better to be doing this in front of a customer. Then, I thought to myself, she seems and looks sick, she should not be at work fixing food. Then, I thought to myself again that there was a sink right beside her, hopefully she’ll be washing her hands afterwards but she didn’t. After she noticed me watching her, she immediately went around the corner out of view to continue. A minute later they called my name and I was relieved that it wasn’t my pizza she was working on but thought to myself that maybe she did it when and if she put toppings a on my pizza as well. I’m really not sure if she even put the toppings on my pizza because it was another girl in the kitchen but I wasn’t looking during the time my order was being made so I don’t know if she made my pizza or the other girl but it doesn’t matter after because after seeing that, you can’t help but to think she did it to my pizza as will. Second red flag and I should have gotten my money back then too. There is not a reason to not have gloves on when handling food, much less being sick and digging in nose around it. I am so mad at myself for not saying anything about it. But, that won’t happen again, next time I will be demanding my money back, if I ever see any strange activity going on with my food again. Then, to make matters worse as soon as my order was given to me, I saw the girl come back around the other side of the kitchen talking to the manager. I couldn’t hear the entire conversation but I heard bits and pieces of it. And, I think the girl was telling the manager that I saw her taking tissue out of her pocket to dig in her nose. I heard the part when she said, she looked up then, he finished her sentence and said “and she was watching you?” The girl, said yes and they both laughed. I thought that was so disgusting. Then, on top of that the ranch that the guy asked if I wanted with my wings was not in there and I didn’t have any at home. So, I was upset about that as well and the pizza being horrible, it was cold and was not good at all. The wings also, were horrible, they didn’t look done, I had to put my oven on broil and run them through my oven for a couple of times to get them looking and tasting well done. And, they were a lot better than they were when I left the store. Barely any buffalo sauce on them, it was crazy! I will NEVER return to this location again. They will not get anymore of my money. There are too many pizza spots in Huntersville that are way more delicious, even wholes foods pizza is way better than theirs. So, this is the last time, they will EVER see me spending my hard earned money for that trashy food and service ever again.

  Horrible customer service! I went for the first time and asked some questions about the sizes and the lady who took my order was rude and mean with her attitude and answers, she ever said to me: “Do the math” because I haven’t idea about how much pizza I needed. Zero helpful, I would never buy in this place again.
