  CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!!! The food was majorly undercooked and not safe. I love Chipotle but this location is so bad….shocked it has survived in such a nice area. Thankful they refunded me after showing them how unsafe the food was…but $15 for a bowl that’s unsafe?? No thank you.

  I stopped going to this chipotle because their portions are pathetically small, restaurant dirty, just a bad vibe. I figured I'd try one more time for the BOGO school deal. Handwritten sign on the door stating no school gear, No BOGO. I guess this is why I eat at Chipotle when I travel but never at home. This location sucks.

  I eat at different chipotle locations regularly, this one is the absolute worst. Every single time I go they are out of 1 or more ingredients. Always dirty. Drink machines dont work. Employees are scrambling. Tonight at 8pm, they are out of chicken/steak/cheese and peppers. So pretty much half the menu..

  I’ve been an avid chipotle fan since the beginning. There were times traveling for work where I would eat chipotle 4-5 times a week in locations all across the east coast. I will say that this has got to be the least clean and worst service I have received yet at any chipotle. Almost everything was running out (granted it was 8:15 PM) but they employees had servings spashing into everything. Cheese in the beens, sour cream in the lettuce, chicken in the black beans. Additionally i watch the same guy scoop maybe 1/4 scoops of the beans, sauces, cheese, sour cream to at least 4 customers in front of me because they were running low. Even so much so that the guy behind me had to ask the server for the next batch of beans and to remake his bowl because all he gave him was black bean juice. He then stood there waiting for another 10 minutes before they came back with more beans. All in all, go to CAVA up the road, go to anywhere but this chipotle. Sad to see.

  EDIT— I have not heard anything from the website given. I just picked up an order here and the chipotle honey chicken is WAY more spicy than normal. I even got a bowl with regular chicken as well and it is so spicy I cannot eat it. I like spice but this is overwhelming. My regular chicken should not be this spicy. It’s like they didn’t clean the grill in between. It also felt like they gave less toppings so they wouldn’t have to refill the container. Management, please support your people. I know you’re hiring but the people you got are going to pass on these bad behaviors. It should not be this difficult to get a dang burrito!!! This is the 3rd time in a row my pickup order has not been correct. This time they gave me someone else’s meal with a lid on it with my name. I seriously don’t understand why it is so hard to load a bowl from a list in front of you and put a lid on it. On top of that the service is always awful at this location. Not a single person welcomed me, the only conversation was her asking for my name. This is not the chipotle I remember. I get better service at the mall food court, this is ridiculous. You aren’t even doing the bare minimum.
