  Our family ordered delivery and when we received the order the ticket stuck to the outside of the bag was correct but everything inside was wrong. Clearly, someone bagged incorrectly. I called the store and got some on the phone that was very rude and dismissive. She stated that I could come back in or just call the 800 number. It wasn’t an option to get my correct food delivered. No apologies just rude. We went to the actual restaurant about a month ago and it’s the restaurant is always in disarray- no forks out, ice machine empty, both trash filled to point it way over flowing.

  It should not take over 45 minutes to make a burrito!! I placed an online order and it took 45 minutes past my time to pick it up. One of the workers had to literally throw my meal out because it was just sitting in their order station for that long. My meal was literally completed and they just couldn’t give it to me. This is such incompetence!

  Don't waste your money here. Multiple recent visits and the issues are the same every time: out of rice, out of every protein except chicken, no ice in the fountain, dining area filthy, and one person working the entire line during peak lunch. Last visit I paid over $30 for two meals and ordered double meat on one, got less than a normal single serving because they were "running low" with lunch rush starting. Paid extra, got less than standard. Staff seems new and undertrained, which isn't their fault, this is a management and staffing problem. Drive to a different Chipotle. Plenty of better options nearby.

  Went to order food and was told they didn't have enough staff to do regular orders and could only do online orders. Several people placed online orders inside the restaurant which effectively made everything worse. After placing an order online and waiting over 15 mins they opened regular orders and allowed people who had just walked into the restaurant to order and get their food. The burrito warmer was broken, I was told the ice machine was broken even though I was sold a fountain drink, by the time I got my food there were probably 25 people in the restaurant waiting on food.

  I can’t believe I am here again writing a bad review about my favorite restaurant, but here I am. I’d like to start off by saying I love Chipotle and eat it minimum once if not twice a week. I recently moved to Birkdale area and have come to this Chipotle since the move and now for the THIRD TIME THEY ARE ONLY TAKING ONLINE ORDERS. It seems this Chipotle is super understaffed, chooses to only do online, and misses out on thousands of dollars A DAY by not taking line orders from 430pm to now 740pm. I have been here for 40 minutes and have seen 18 people walk out. Quick math would be 18 x $15 so $270 missed in 40 minutes. Multiply that by a little over 3 and it’s close to $1k in missed revenue. I’m not business owner but if I owned this place and knew I was missing out on AT MINIMUM $10,000 a week. I’d walk into the store and fire these employees myself. Figure it out. You’re simply pissing away your money.
