  This chipotle is one of my top picks than any other store. The service was excellent and the staff was super friendly. I hope whoever is in charge keeps up the good work.

  WORST CHIPOTLE I’ve ever been to! Not one person said Welcome in, or, thank you for coming in. I went around 8:30p b/c it said open to 11p Well they were out of ALOT, and what they did have looked like it’d been out ALL day, beans were dried out, lettuce wilted, no guacamole, one selection of protein. The soda machine needs cleaned or changed too, is was OFF, flat, tasted funny. Also, the restaurant overall was F-I-L-T-H-Y! This was my 1st Chipotle I’ve been to since moving to NC and it was so AWFUL I’m not sure I want to even see if another store has their act together! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

  A few months ago i went to chipotle to order food and went in the workers said they were doing online orders only. As soon as i turn around with my friend to decide if we still want to order we get laughed at being called stupid because their was a sign on the door stating this. The sign on the door was flapping around in the wind and was written out in small dried out sharpie. Inside the restaurant their was only one family so we assumed since it was not busy and I have never been to a chipotle where it is online only so i thought it would be fine. On top of that another man of the family their heard what happened and had to tell the employees to stop because a similar thing happened to his young girls. It was also very dirty inside. I decided to go to Bad Daddies across the street instead. I will not come here again.

  The employees have bad attitudes EVERYTIME I’ve gone there. They serve you as if you’re getting on their nerves and the servings are skimpy. I literally just got a half full bowl. Items missing from the bar. The drink section is disgusting. The tables are dirty. I keep hoping it will get better but at this point I’ll wait until I get closer to home for chipotle. Gross. Yuck. It’s a 0/10!!!!

  Tonight I had another awful experience at the Huntersville Chipotle! This location has always been bad but the past few visits have really cemented my hate. I waited 40 minutes for a burrito, while I was waiting saw them have to remake 3 orders because they made them wrong, finally got my food, drove home, took a bite and it was filled with steak (I’m allergic and ordered a veggie burrito) tried to call the restaurant twice (they didn’t pick up) before having to drive back to ask them to remake. Meanwhile, inside it is so filthy. I didn’t see a clean surface in the whole restaurant but the dirtiest was behind the counter. Plus I talked to a lady who said she had just seen a mouse on the floor. Overall, I’ve never had a good experience here and every time I come back it is worse and worse. I say this as someone who has worked at multiple restaurants but the way this establishment is run is just insane. Edit: I got home and the remake was also incorrect. Had to drive back a third time.
