I always order meals with gluten free buns and every three out of five times, they forget to place the buns in the bags…it’s become a repetitive behavior and that is why I’m rating the service with 2 stars.

Drive thru was so slow and the teenage girl was actually rude to my husband (which is crazy because it’s CFA). Got our food. They didn’t include the sauces we had ordered. The lemonade had NO SUGAR in it and was disgusting. And there was a piece of plastic in my kid’s ice cream. The dining room was locked and the drive thru wrapped around the building so we didn’t even bother going back to try to fix any of it.

They do not listen, nor pay attention to detail and when you are able to speak to a manager it’s excuses to why they make mistakes. I expect for orders to be correct when I dine out. We spend our money on items that should be fulfilled in the order. I have had to call and visit the location. 2 times for them to get an order right. First time they left off and item. I came back because the item was not sent to the app. Reorder the item and explain that this item is a replacement, only to be charged AGAIN for the item that I already paid for. Drive through did not listen and honestly I don’t think she cared about what I was saying. Didn’t give me a total and didn’t repeat the order. I had to find out I was double charged from a receipt after leaving. I don’t have all day to be at chick fil a trying to get orders correct. That is not my job. It’s simple…check the order before you hand it out the window and listen to your customers. No way I should have had to come to this place 3 times to get one simple thing correct. Awful customer service! Not to mention I had to reschedule my daughters appointment because we were late trying to fix the order they screwed up. I don’t live in the area so wasted gas and time that I cannot get back. This is the most unorganized and unprofessional chick fil a I have ever been to. I haven’t had McDonald’s and years but would go there over this location! do better!
