  We love the food here! It is so fresh and filling without leaving your body feeling bloated or upset. It is super clean and the atmosphere is fun and minimal. They have the best drink options too!

  I go to Cava allllll the time and it’s SO GOOD! I have never had a bad experience there. The food is always fresh and tasty. Even when there busy they still give good portions and are very nice :)

  Great experience. The worker was so nice and friendly. I think her name was Lola - dark blonde hair, glasses. She was great at getting me a good mix of toppings based on what I liked. I'll go back when she's working.

  I had such a lovely time at cava in Birkdale! Food was good and service was even better. The staff is friendly, helpful, and Lola, who took my order, did a great job explaining product to me for my first visit! Will be back!!

  The restaurant is very clean... including the drink station that can get pretty gross fairly quickly. The quality of my food was just as expected from Cava. The standout here would be the service. Everyone was so kind even while being fairly busy (lunch time on a Saturday)... basic customer service that does not seem to happen much these days!! This location isn't the closest to me, but is worth the drive because I know I'll receive consistentl food and service. Also, being in Birkdale is nice... you can grab your food and eat outside when the weather permits.
