  Thanks so much Cava I ordered 131.00 of food and because you say you don't have some items you cancel my order.. no call no notice or option to order an alternative.. that's crappy service now my family doesn't have enough notice to find something else.. never will order here again!!!

  I had an amazing experience at CAVA! Destiney and everyone working during my visit were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The team worked together so well, and even during a busy shift, they made sure every customer felt valued. The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared exactly the way I wanted it. What stood out the most was the excellent customer service. Destiney went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and the entire staff created such a positive atmosphere. Thank you all for the great food and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!

  DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Never have I been somewhere where the service is so rude. This is my second attempt going in and I was optimistic because I had a different server this time but each time the workers have been the most incredibly rude and miserable people that make you feel terrible for being there for just simply ordering food. It is actually so upsetting and has ruined my whole experience of this place.

  Have been a couple times to this location and the food is always good but the staff are pretty bad - seems like they are all super new and there’s no organization at all. Some are nice but some just aren’t …. What prompted me to write this review though is because tonight the food was not good either. The 2 Harrisa chicken bowls we ordered were inedible as they were so incredibly spicy… I get this bowl every time and not once have I had a problem but it was absolutely coated in harrisa sauce tonight. Neither my husband or I could eat it and unfortunately we had already left the store and brought the bowls home to eat. Also don’t know what was going on tonight but apparently ‘the Indian food’ was causing the store to have a spice problem, couldn’t stand inside for more than a couple mins without coughing. Everyone was complaining about it. Also Had to wait for 10 mins for the chicken to be ready ….At 6pm on a Wednesday…. This also meant there was a backed up line which meant you weren’t at your bowl to observe them making it. All a disaster to be honest and a waste of money as we’re both hungry having had to throw the bowls out. For birkdale village you really need to sort it out….
