  We had the best lunch today at Bonefish at Birkdale. When the server became busy with more tables, the management clearly stepped in to expedite food and table clearing to make the guest experience top notch. We had the most amazing service and connection with Tara Mcalinn as she not only took care of our table needs but really took the time to tell us about how Bonefish is investing in the community. For someone who frequents the restaurants in Birkdale, this can really make a huge difference in choosing where to dine. Great job!

  Not the best experience... Shrimp toast had tasty shrimp on top but underneath was a pile of mush. The bread under it was not toasted properly so the dish literally fell apart. You could eat it with a spoon. The Ahi Tuna atop wonton crisps was good, the bangin chicken bites dish was meh. My cocktail came out missing the orange peel. So I went up to the bar myself to get one as I hadn't seen our waiter in quite some time. The bartender said she didn't have a peeler for the orange to garnish the cocktail properly. So I pointed out the THREE peelers behind the bar for her to use. She then peeled off a piece of orange rind and tossed it in my drink. No squeeze, no twist, no oil pressed out onto the glass. She just tossed it in there annoyed that I pointed out the peelers. So I redid the garnishing myself at the bar in front of her. Later I looked at the bill and noticed I was charged an extra $2.5 for the coctail for some unknown reason. Guess the bartender really was not happy after I showed her how to properly garnish a cocktail and so she charged me an extra $2.50. They adjusted the bill after I waited an additional 15 minutes. Not the best experience as I stated above. This was a Wednesday night, I would hate to see how they handle a Friday or a Saturday.

  Huntersville location: was our Go To location. Sad to report our latest trip has left a bad taste. Very sad. The Bang Bang is always a must have per person! With a salad. The Sauce slathered in globs over what was suppose to be the Light Battered Shrimp. Ruined! I use to like the sauce BUT when the shrimp & lettuce is SO HEAVILY COATED & poured so thick you’re left hunting & trying to scrape or spoon off sauce … it’s just Sad. Wait Staff & Atmosphere were pleasant. Need to TRAIN Cook-Staff in how to BE CONSISTENT.

  5-Star experience all around!!! Surprisingly, the best dinner experience we've had in quite a while! I never think of eating at Bonefish - I don't know why. But Friday night, we had a "date night" at the Bonefish in Birkdale Village and it was EXCEPTIONAL! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted right away and seated in minutes. Our server, Elizabeth, followed next with restaurant recommendations and personal favorites. Her timing of our drinks, our order, and the arrival of our food was perfect!!! Elizabeth was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcomed (not rushed through our meal). Of course, we started with "the bread" and that FABULOUS dipping oil with herbs (TO DIE FOR)! Then, we ordered Bang Bang shrimp, blackened fish tacos and a fish and shrimp entree - EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!!! It all came out hot and fresh (including the bread to begin with) and it was all downright YUMMY!!! Between Elizabeth and the menu items we ordered, it was an EXCEPTIONAL experience!!! We will DEFINITELY be back and, if anyone is looking for great food and a great night out, I would HIGHLY recommend Bonefish Grill!!!

  My husband and I work ALOT! It’s rare that we get a chance to go out. We have heard great things about Bone Fish in Huntersville. We had never been and decided to give it a try. It will forever be one of our “go to’s” for date night. We want to thank our server, Elizabeth. She was absolutely wonderful. Everything looked so good and we couldn’t make up our mind. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and extremely helpful with our decision making. My husband has a shellfish allergy. I know it may seem strange to choose a seafood restaurant but the manager, Tara, reassured us that it’s more common than we think and continued to check us to make sure we were enjoying our visit. All in all, we had the best date night we’ve had in a long time. Just 2 women made us feel like we were dining with family. We can’t thank them enough for the wonderful evening. We will definitely be going back! I can’t wait to tell friends and family about how phenomenal of a time we had! Thank you Huntersville Bone Fish!
