- BBBen BJun 28, 20261.0What is the point of placing a mobile order if you still have to come inside to pick it up? I waited through the drive through line and when I got to the speaker, I told the AI slop assistant that I had a mobile order to pick up. It told me to pull up to the drive thru window. When I finally got to the window, the employee told me that I had to come inside to pick up the mobile order and there was no way they can hand it to me through the window, even though the speaker told me to pull up to the window. What makes it even more annoying is that my order was ready after I parked and went inside to pick it up. There’s zero reason they couldn’t have just handed it me through the window. The whole point of placing a mobile order is to avoid having to wait longer and to save time and all of that goes out the window when you make customers wait in the drive thru line, be told by the speaker to pull up to the window for their mobile order, only to be told that you have to park you car and come inside to pick up your food. At the very least they could have told me to park and an employee will bring the food out to me if there is absolutely no way they can hand it to me through the window.
