  Honestly, I don’t like to write bad reviews, but this particular place has offered me such poor services. My son and I have decided to dine in just a regular evening trying to get some Taco Bell. We came in. We waited, and the lady told us that they will be all right with us I thought sure why not just order from the touchpad behind us. After fitting for around a while, the touchpad seems to be not working properly then after watching the couple that came after us order from the lady in the front desk, we decided to order. Ended up waiting a good 25 to 35 minute watching customer comes and go with their food and then finally I decided to walk back up and ultimately they got my food pack and when we look at the food, you can see poor quality you can see that chicken nugget is burnt most of it which that was supposed to be served for my one years old son. He ended up eating two piece and he him and himself decided not to consume the other pieces. And then my food it was just unexpected different from my expectation. I just didn’t have a friendly environment when I walked in, I don’t know if this is the usual this is just my first time coming to this location.

  good taco bell but i waited a while. it didn’t help that it was so cold inside the dining area that i could see my breath? solid food, mid-to-bad experience. i’d recommend the drive thru.

  I went in to get my order done….. they told me I had to go to the kiosk to put my order in because the drive-thru was “full “…… I told them I didn’t want to use the kiosk and they wouldn’t take my order, walked out side and there was ONE car on the drive-thru. Very shitty service.

  You will die of starvation before you get your order from this location. How does a 3 person order take 30 mins to get your food and then when you get it, it taste like it's been sitting for 30 minutes. Just close the doors already

  I can't even explain how bad they always mess up my order. I ordered a Supreme Luxe Box. No tomatoes, no beans, no ice in my drink. I got a Chalupa with cantina chicken and three cheese blend. (WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REGULAR CHICKEN WITH NO TOMATOES) Some weird burrito with beef, red sauce, grilled with cheese on the outside (was supposed to be a 5 layer with no beans.) The cinnamon twists were crumbs, and my drink had ice in it. I had just worked a 12hr day and I was hungry. I'll never go back to that location again.
