  Best Burrito I have had from here tonight in a Long Time. New assembly Guy did a GREAT JOB. He made it the way it should always be made.👍👍

  The kiosk would not let us add to our order it kept freezing up. The staff NEVER even acknowledged us. I ate the snack wrap with chicken nuggets and the chipotle thing and I have been sick to my stomach ever since. This was a HORRIBLE experience and I WILL NOT go back.

  Fiesta potatoes had moldy potatoe. Taco bell from hope mills. I called no one answered. Wasted my money once found could not eat anything 😒.

  This place is absolutely terrible, and every damn time I go- they get my order wrong. I ask for one simple thing, which is no sour cream. My partner isn't fond of it; You have workers standing at the window screaming and cussing at each other on a semi regular basis & cannot seem to get it together or work together properly. I've tried multiple times, and have been extremely patient- but I'm not paying for your services anymore. It's almost 15 minute drive out for me to even get to y'all bc you're the closest location to me. Once again ended up with sour cream on *both* burritos after I politely asked for none on either. Checked one AT the window to make sure it was correct, but missed it because it was all the way on the other side of it. It's almost every other time I come by, and I'm not sure this is an "oops, sorry," anymore. I've wasted a good portion of money throwing away inedible food because you can't seem to get anything right & it's a waste of damn money. It's either sour cream- or y'all find a way to give me the soggiest, squishiest tortillas you can find that won't hold together properly. I hope you start making some changes soon. There is no excuse for continued behavior like this, when people have been nothing but kind & patient with you. I hope y'all either make some staff changes soon, or train them the basics of customer service. 👌
