My husband and I were initially the only patrons just after 1:45 pm. The staff greeted us as we entered the establishment. Our waitress directed us to a specific table. The service was very prompt. Our waitress was knowledgeable, attentive and very pleasant. They have a wide variety of breakfast and lunch favorites. I had banana creepes and two links. My husband had streak and eggs with toasts. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. A group of 4 walked in before we left. The environment was clean with a cozy setting. We were looking for good breakfast/ lunch options after returning from a 2 week vacation in Greece late last night. The place was a great first stop back home. This will be one of our favorite new places.

I've been in Hope Mills for 7 years and had no idea this restaurant had food other than Pancakes and Waffles. The staff was friendly. I ordered eggs, cornbeef hash and homefries. The food was great the cornbeef was cooked just right, now the only issue was It was busy and it was quite a wait I ordered take-out.

This was my first visit to Pancakes & Waffles. I brought a friend from out of state. The breakfast food was great & service by Aledia was fantastic! I liked how the staff was happy & seemed to enjoy their job. :) Looking forward to coming back and trying lunch with my hubby!

What a wonderful atmosphere! Absolutely loved all the available food options for breakfast and even lunch. I had the platter with banana and Nutella crepes and they were excellent. The eggs were well done, the grits were fantastic, and the bacon was cooked well. My wife had a little bit of food on the side, but boy was an amazing experience. If you need to try a new breakfast place this is a good place to go! It is highly recommended and has so many options that you'll have to go back again.

WOW! First time and they sure didn't disappoint! They weren't very busy but they sure got our food out quickly. The Pancakes were AMAZING, very Harty. I can't believe how many items they have on their menu. They had customers in and out the whole time we were there. My wife was even able to get a vanilla ice coffee.
