Ordered a mobile right before work around 3:35am-3:45am ish. Was told I couldn't get my mobile because they are switching to breakfast and weren't making any food. Have to wait up to 7 days for a refund now. I work fast food/in the service industry. We cannot stop serving at certain times of day ect it affects the business. Just a little confused on why they stop serving food?

Went to this location and ordered my food asked for everything to be made fresh and was given stale food. At one point i almost choked to death due to the dryness of a meat patty. 1/10 DONT RECOMMEND AND!!!!! I ASKED FOR NO PICKLES AND FOUND 2 just chillin on my top bun like they were invited. Then last time i checked a mcdouble is supposed to come with cheese obviously I must lactose intolerant because my cheese was missing. Might file a missing cheese report. Other than that Fanta was great.

Awful!! No matter when we go here and believe me we try to avoid this location- they make a mistake, take forever, forget something. This time I ordered ahead. Waited in the pic up spot for 25 minutes. Went inside and the food was sitting there no one working but one or two people. No drinks and bags were open. Still waiting on fries for the kids box. Then they closed the drive thru. Tons of people were still waiting.

If I could give this place a zero, I definitely would. Me and my family walked in at 11:45pm June 6th to order. This was 15 minutes before the lobby closes. The manager which was this black guy with dreads, blonde tips in a bun and he started with rude comments the minute we walked in. He looked at us, dropped his hands, and went “uh uh.” It was audible enough for all of us to hear it. He started saying rude comments, something about I ain’t gonna do this, the disrespect, oh I can fix that real quick, and proceeded to try to shut off the order touch screens. Someone called him out saying their lobby doesn’t close to 12am so he shouldn’t be closing it, and he copped an attitude. When we got our order, the meat on my burger was raw, I got a sandwich bun instead of a burger bun, and we were missing a whole other burger. I have no problem with any other person in this workplace, but the manager? He should be fired. What type of manager disrespects the same people that are funding the place he’s managing? If you check other comments, you will see I am not the only who experienced this. Until that manager is gone, I will not be returning.

If I could give zero stars I would…. This was by far the worst service I have ever had in my life. From the moment we walked in, straight disrespect. My friends and I were at the kiosk ordering our food and the tall black gentleman with dreads legit gave attitude and rude comments the entire time. Like mind you we just wanted our food. We weren’t being disrespectful or roudy to be receiving this kind of service. From him mumbling and some of his peers even having to correct him is just straight ridiculous. He should be fired. The food was wrong. Like I said HORRIBLE service. Either there needs to be a new manager here or a health inspector needs to visit. The burgers weren’t even cooked all the away and missing food. We couldn’t even go back in to get our missing food because of how our experience was with this staff and the group of people that went in after we walked out, were kicked out. Unacceptable service!!
