  Wrong order, car pulled in front of me at drive thur which got us out of order. First window was aware because at time of payment. When I got to second window Employee was very rude, went to hand me a drink i looked at Him {manager} before I could say a word he closed window on me, went back to making other drinks, 3 mins later or so he returned an Stated YOU READ TO TAKE YOUR ORDER NOW. I explained I was confused because your trying to had me drinks and I didn't order any... So he asked my order I told him,he placed the drinks down, he then looked in bag, went & got a hash brown placed in bag then gave me the bag. When I got to my location order was wrong. only thing correct was 1egg mcmuffin and the hash brown.. If you want to be treated like your at Dicks in Myrtle Beach and get wrong order everytime you come to this location then I will tell everyone I know even on Social Media to make sure to visit this McDonald's 3000 N Main st Hope Mills. Employee's & Entire management staff need educate training or Fired and replaced with Employee's that care... Thank you

  I would like to say this is one of the worst McDonald’s I ever had ordered from. I ordered online they never gave me one of my orders which was a big breakfast, which was for my babies they when I called the manager said he can’t give me my food when I clearly paid for it or a refund an I still never received my order.

  There’s always something wrong with my order. They just handed me my 10 piece nugget combo with barbecue sauce busted in the bag all down the side of the Chicken Nugget box along with my fries, dumped into my bag with the fry container thrown on top of everything. This location sucks!! and I will only be going to the one on Highway 87.

  Always get the food or drinks wrong and when you go back to receive what you paid for the give you a problem and then they give you old or cold food and try to pass it on as fresh and always give negative attitude for no reason because they messed up your food im a form believer that this McDonald's should be closed because they can't seem to operate properly for McDonald's in the area

  THIS PLACE IS JUST DOWN RIGHT RIDICULOUS. I WAITED 20MINS TO JUST GET MY BISCUITS. THE COOK IN THE BACK WITH A BLUE SHIRT ON SAID EVERYBODY IN THE LOBBY AND DRIVE THRU NEED TO FIND SOMETHING ELSE BETTER TO DO. HE MADE A COMMENT THAT HE DIDN'T CARE ABOUT A SPECIAL ORDER.SEEMS LIKE TO ME HE NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER JOB MAYBE HE NEEDS TO DOORDASH. THIS IS JUST DOWN RIGHT CRAZY AT THIS POINT. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY DOG!
