- ACAmanda CorreaJun 27, 20261.0I placed a delivery order at 9:55 PM. We kept refreshing the order tracker, but the estimated delivery time continued getting pushed back. After about an hour, we tried calling the store to get an update from someone directly. The first time they answered, they immediately hung up without saying anything. We called five more times, but each call resulted in being placed on hold for 3–11 minutes before we eventually gave up. By 11:40 PM, my boyfriend decided to drive to the store since we had already been charged for the order. An employee told him our driver was on the way and explained they only had two delivery drivers working. However, my boyfriend made it back home before the driver even left. In fact, the order tracker didn't show "Out for Delivery" until 11:57 PM, after he had already returned. We didn't receive our pizza until 12:09 AM—technically the next day, more than two hours after placing the order and on top of that the pizza was cold. I understand that staffing shortages can happen, but the lack of communication was the most frustrating part. No one answered the phone, there was no proactive update about the delay, and the tracker wasn't accurate. What is also frustrating is to report the issue, it prompts you to call the store location and as you read, they do not answer the phone. Based on this experience, it's safe to say we won't be ordering from this location again, and we're reconsidering ordering from this company altogether.
