  Consistently the worst chipotle I’ve ever been in. At this point it’s my fault for going back.

  We lovee chipotle and we normally go to the one on Raeford Rd but went to this one because we were on this side of town. The bowls were HALF the size of the normal chipotle bowls we get from the other locations in Fayetteville! I WISH I would have looked at these ratings before going because I would have placed a to go order at our regular location. This location needs a serious management upgrade and retraining because this ain't it!! When I called, the manager said "people who get to go orders say they get less then when they come in but my employees are refined to give the correct amount" Like HUH? my born was empty on like 1/3 of it! There's no way that's the correct proportions when other locations fill the entire bowl! He said to bring back the bowls and they would remake them but I declined because it's across town, they honestly should have offered to replace it for a later date.. But I called corporate and complained about this location specifically. Don't nobody got time or gas to drive back across town at dinner time to prove what they ALREADY KNOW they're doing which is skimping out on the bowls.

  I ordered food back in may through door dash when I got my food and started eating I found a piece of metal in my food. The manager at the time was very nice and she told me anytime I get a chance she got me on my next order all I had to do was just give them my name and she also wrote down what I ordered since then I haven’t eaten at chipotle. I tried to order again but decided to give them a heads up that I will be ordering something again through DoorDash so I’m guessing they will replace my order that was messed up. The next manager is asking me to come in why should I come in when I ordered through door dash now he telling me if I didn’t report it with door dash he can’t do anything only thing is for me to come in. 1st thing I did wrong was feel sorry for them. I will never order from this location ever again. I don’t normally leave reviews but this had to be left.

  Charged me for seven items on DoorDash - sent three had NO ONE responsible. The driver went back quickly and got everything and called me to ensure I had it. Great Service!

  Figured I would give this location a try despite it's horrible reviews.. well orderded a bowl doordash and it was EXACTLY as everyone says. There was hardly any rice or chicken the TWO MAIN ingredients in the bowl. It was just swimming in a pool of queso and sour cream. I'm honestly surprised this franchise is still open with this consistently poor quality and service. Pretty concerning for Chipotle. YIKES!!!
