- AMAntonio M4 days ago1.0These reviews are lying. I havent been here in awhile and the aura is definetly gone. And its been a consistent decline everybtime I visit. Today May 16th, I pull in drive theu at 834am. Im sitting in drive through 15-20min for a Chicken Buritto. Just one order. And im watching 3 cars behind me get their orders, FULL ORDERS not mobile orders because they came behind me in the cash paying lane, and I saw them in my real view. All I had was one Chicken Burito.. and nobody could explain adequately why I was beung oassed over, in fact my order wasnt even being made til I demanded it. Thats crazy. I hope its not because im black, I was rude..... and they had one young lady running out errands, all I got was a Brownie for my trouble like im lil kid im a 45yr old man.. Yeah im done with this place

Once at home I was getting the food out of the bag and no fries with the combo I ordered. I also have dietary restrictions so ordered a grilled chicken cob salad. Low and behold it was not grilled but fried! So now I have no salad to eat. I should have checked the order before pulling away but wanted to get home. Will do that next time. I called and left a message for Tiffany to call be back in reference to my messed up order. Thank goodness I ordered grilled chicken bites! Now cooking my own fries before I can eat.

I don’t want to call them because they’re busy and have a lot of other issues that are more important but it’s consistently a problem with their hash rounds constantly being undercooked and mush.
