Like most places it’s hit or miss but this particular Bojangles has became a guaranteed miss! I’ll start with the gosh darned robot that runs the drive thru speaker. What better way of telling customers they matter than by using a robot to greet them? Their bacon is paper thin and I mean that wholeheartedly. It’s so rubbery and feels like eating heat-pressed vinyl or something to that nature. The cheese on the biscuits taste as if the slices are fresh out the fridge. Their Bo-Berry biscuits are some of the worst of any Bojangles I’ve eaten. They are so hard! I’ve yet to be served one that don’t snap the spork. Then they’ll attempt to hide their room temperature biscuits from hours earlier under two cups of icing. I understand some enjoy extra icing but it’s not for everyone.

This place used to be a go to location for me. Now, the lobby is frequently closed, and the food isn’t as fresh, probably due to reduced business since the lobby is closed. Fix it, I beg you!

I recently stopped by the Bojangles located near I-95 in Hope Mills at precisely 7:05 p.m. on March 24th, and my experience was incredibly frustrating. To my disbelief, they were completely out of chicken during dinner hours! When I inquired about it, I was informed that I would have to wait a full 15 minutes just to get some. As if that weren't enough, I discovered that there were no carbonated soft drinks available either. The environment inside the restaurant was chaotic, with children running around and joking, which only added to the disarray. It was evident that there was a lack of leadership and oversight, as the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. Overall, this visit was far from satisfactory, and I expected much better from a well-known establishment like Bojangles.

Spent $22 on two meals and a 2 drinks… Trashed all of it. 10:30 am. Rice was dry as hell, watery mash potatoes. Biscuits needed another 5 mins. And let’s talk about the baby chicken that was in the box… legs was small and thighs was the size of the leg. Sweet tea was nasty and still hot cup didn’t even have ice in it. Why is it extra for a drink??? It should come with the meal just like other stores.. WASTED MONEY
