- PAPaul Amspaugh6 days ago2.0Clean store. Lovely staff. Stopped at 11:30 a.m. literally one person in line ahead of me and no one in the drive through. Meaning, the store was NOT busy. Ordered a custom QP w/ cheese only. Nothing else on it. Burger got to me in 5 minutes. Walked out the door, got in my car, took the first bite and it was room temperature. They can do better instead of handing someone a burger that was made 30 minutes prior to the order because they felt it necessary to stock up before the lunch rush. I get it, but they could have made mine fresh. Again. They were not busy at all. Do better
- JLJanet LangleyMay 13, 20265.0I've been doing chemo at UNC Holly Springs NC for over a year. Several trips have been made to the McDonald's drive thru. This is the BEST McDonald's in NC. The food is always hot and fresh, even at non-busy times. The young ladies at the windows are kind and caring. I didn't get the best news last week and was upset (I tried to hold it together while ordering) but the ladies were very sympathetic and offered words of encouragement. You don't find this often these days. Keep on keeping on Holly Springs McDonald's!

However, the last time we were there, someone accidentally tripped the emergency door exit in the kid's playplace, which was extremely loud. Several people let the employees know, but the manager on duty told the other employees not to go fix it and just keep working, which I saw, and which was confirmed by multiple employees we spoke with. Horrific management.
