- SFSerena Parris Ferrell-Larrain6 days ago3.0I love this Dunkin store, but why can't they find any Customer Service oriented Staff who stay? I didn't mind that I got the wrong order, and the girl was New and didn't ask. Did I want a hot or a cold Americano no problem. But when I wanted to get out of the way of the line coming through the window, I went in, and when they handed me the drink, I said oh it's supposed to be a hot drink. And this is what I want to point out. And I don't like singling someone out, but I want to provide an example of exactly who you don't need working in that store. The guy who made a very aggravated looking face when I said I needed I ordered a hot coffee, but the person at the window did not ask, and they just assumed and made a cold coffee. Now I have encountered the same young man three times at this Duncan and every time he gets an expression on his face of complete aggravation and impatience. No, I'm not saying this is an all the time thing in that store, there have been great staff in that store, but this is not one of them. And whoever is responsible for the new person, please train them thoroughly before you put them at the window

Just walk to register. The drinks are never made good. Customer service is really poor and needs to be addressed at this location

But the last 3-4 times I’ve been in the morning vs lunch time and the staff hasn’t mixed my refresher. And it’s not sparkling water so they can mix it. And the attitude from the employees has just been ridiculous. I will ask a question and they answer it with a a tone of dread. When I get to the window faces will get made at me. Mind you I asked about a new item. If you don’t want to speak to customers or don’t know how to than don’t work in food service. I’m not one to complain after 1-2 times everyone has days. But 3,4 and 5 times that’s just negativity.
