My wife got a drink and had it with light ice, when it came half full, she simply asked "is there a reason it is half full?" They responded "because you got less ice". My wife walked away, but I stayed back and they very blatantly started saying things like "what was she expecting, more drink?" And "some people are so stupid". Please be aware of where you're talking and how you're talking about customers, it was a simple question that didnt warrant rudeness.

These poor kids had to look of fear in their eyes and tears in their eyes anytime this woman walk behind the counter. When I tried to speak to her, she gave me an attitude, said something nasty under her breath and walked away. The next time I was in there which was only last Sunday, there was a heavyset girl behind the counter, whom I was told was a shift lead who had a sleeping bonnet on her head. Again, it was a Sunday morning rush. These kids were running around looking hopeless. I'm assuming they were new and this woman was sitting there twiddling her thumbs looking at her phone. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in a workplace before in my life. These kids are willing to work and earn their own way and you have people like this that just destroys them on the way up pretty sad if you ask me, I will not be going to this establishment anymore.
