I brought my food but before paying I looked at my rewards app and saw I had a free queso and chips and I had already purchased a larger queso and chips. I asked if they could charge me half price for the large one with the scan code. They so they could not. So I said ok just give me a small queso then. They put it in my food bag. The redid my order but the QR code would not scan. When they called the manager for help he could not get it to work either. So I asked since it’s in my bag and your system is not working could I keep it. The manager said no then looked at me as he threw it in the trash. I felt his behavior was races. I am an educated black women of 66 years old. I asked for his name and he told me to take one of the cards. But the card had a women’s name on it. He oh I guess I am out of cards. So I took out a pen and some paper to write it down. And he told me to leave. I asked one of the other employees for his name and he put his had up and told them not to tell me. Then threaten me with calling the police. He said if I did not leave he would have me charged with trespassing. I told him to do what he gotta do. Then I left the store. When I got home I looked at my receipt and saw that they had charged me for the small queso he threw away. So I called the Holly Springs police Told them what happened and asked them to meet me at the restaurant. They did. I got my money back without incident. Then I asked for the General Manager’s name. And he informed me he was the General manager. That made the situation twice as bad. He knew he was wrong. And I really feel it was because I was black. I will be taking this issues to the district manager. I told him in front of the police that he owed me an apology. Of course I did not get it. African American’s be aware when going to chipotle in Holly Springs because the General Manager’s Noah Tally is not a nice person.

Never in my life could I fit a chipotle burrito in the palm of my hand. But this location managed to create one that did (mightve been the missing lettuce, sour cream, and corn salsa. Somehow all of those were included for the bowl). I tried this location even with its bad ratings thinking some were unreasonable. But no... sadly all of the bad reviews are accurate. Especially about portion sizes for online orders. To get proper portions that should go with a $13 meal, you probably have to haggle the employees in person. My advice, do the 10 minute drive into Fuquay-Varina and get food from that location instead.

Chips were brown and stale and cooked in old grease. Queso was a big ole blob that wouldn’t break up or melt in microwave, and the guacamole was bland and brown. Burrito bowl was missing the steak. I’ve eaten there many times and it’s always good. This wasn’t even edible. I don’t know how they justify the price with food of this poor quality. Never again.

Ordered through the drive-thru and arrived early, which I understand, so I was happy to move out of the way for other customers. However, when I received my order, the bag was tossed at me rather than handed to me, which felt disrespectful. The quesadilla I ordered didn’t even have fully melted cheese. I went inside to ask if it could be fixed, but I wasn’t acknowledged and had to approach the same employee. He didn’t say a single word to me during the entire interaction. Overall, the food was below standard and the service was extremely disappointing.

Grabbed lunch on Sunday after church. The dining room empty and the staff were helpful but not particularly cheerful or friendly--not rude or unfriendly either. Food is always good, large portions.
