- RMRiley MayMay 9, 20261.0I visited this Chick-fil-A yesterday morning/early afternoon, and while the food itself was perfectly fine, I was extremely disappointed by the behavior of one of the employees. I believe her name was Debbie, and although she initially seemed pleasant, I overheard her making comments about another employee’s weight, saying they had “gained weight” and “looked like they lost themselves.” I found this incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional, especially considering these comments were being made in front of customers. Regardless of the situation, it is never acceptable to speak about a coworker’s body or appearance in that manner, particularly in a workplace environment where respect and professionalism should be expected. As a customer, it was uncomfortable to witness, and I can only imagine how hurtful it would be for the employee being discussed. I strongly encourage management to address workplace conduct and remind staff about appropriate communication and respect for their coworkers. Again, the food and service itself were fine, but this interaction left a very negative impression on my visit.

Wilted, brown, mushy and huge pieces of lettuce, not even cut, standing water at the bottom of the container under the lettuce. I’ve given it a few chances and I won’t be doing that again.
