We stopped at Chick-fil-A because it was near the hospital and I love Chick-fil-A all over the country. We used the drive thru. The young man was so professional. I ordered the new waffle chicken sandwich as a combo (hash brown with diet lemonade no ice). Upon arrival and settling at the hospital, I noticed the sandwich had bacon on it. I was in shock because I didnt read that on the drive thru menu. We had passed the signage. I have an allergy to pork. I had to throw it away. After we got settled, I called. A worker name Cassie answered. I questioned about bacon being on the sandwich. She shared that it came on the sandwich but could be ordered without. I expressed what happened. Cassie invited me to return, with my receipt, and get a new sandwich with no bacon. That was so kind. I'm in a different area and Chick-fil-A is close by. Thank you Cassie and thank you Chick-fil-A. I had noticed I no longer really enjoyed the sandwich from here, but when I tried the Fuquay location- it tasted great, like it used to! I tested it the next day by getting a sandwich at the Holly Springs location- totally different flavor and not nearly as good. Please fix this Holly Springs!
- RMRebecca MOct 3, 20263.0The Chick-fil-A in Holly Springs is not as efficient as most Chick-fil-A locations. If I had not already placed the mobile order, I would have gone elsewhere. When I arrived, I was surprised by how much longer the mobile line was than the regular drive-thru. I'm not sure whether someone got in the wrong lane and held things up, or was trying to order while in line and not moving up. I'd say it took about 11 minutes to get to where I could scan the app. Once you are in the line, you can't get out. The parking lot was large, and both drive-thru lanes kept cars off the road. I'm not sure if they need two lanes for food delivery, since I've only been there once, but that might help to remove the merging bottleneck. Other locations have dedicated mobile lanes from start to finish, with the other lane used for drive-thru ordering. My order was correct, and they included the sauces I ordered and no ice in my iced tea. The fries were hot, and the nuggets were fine. It was also easy to get out of the fast food restaurant.

I ordered a salad through the online website and the lettuce was all brown (and with the lettuce recall recently I was not going to take any chances). It took over a week from my original request and speaking to 3 different managers (Jess, Tammy and Ebony) before I was able to have them process one. All for $18.
