  Used to go to the Cary location of this restaurant and tonight was our first time at the Holly Springs location. Our reservation was for 8 pm on a Friday night. Upon entering there was no hostess at the desk. Another family entered behind us and we all just stood there for about 5 minutes. The restaurant was not busy at all since they close at 9 pm. We were finally seated and the waitress showed up. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms and I had better mushrooms before especially since it was just 4 of them for $11.95. We got a basket of bread which contained a total of 3 small slices for 2 people! Our entrees tasted good, Cavatelli Ortolana and Penne alla Vodka, but if you want any protein with your pasta that costs extra - $5 for chicken, $4 for 3 shrimp and $9 for 6 bite size pieces of salmon! Our waitress never refilled my husband"s soda or brought us some more bread that we asked for twice - another waitress took care of that. For over $80 without any alcohol or desserts, it was not worth the price. Service leaves a lot to be desired especially if there are only 3 tables with customers! Food and service at Garibaldi Trattoria is better for sure. Disappointing dinner experience for sure!

  Really pleasant staff. Very clean and nice restroom. Food was amazing. Not crowded. Definitely one of the best restaurants in the area

  Great Italian style food with pasta, seafood and other entries. Nancy served us and she knew everything about all the selections. She was also always available when we needed anything.

  COCKROACH IN SOUP!! I would say we started visiting Bellini’s regularly for the last year. One of the waiters knows our order by heart. Well, today we found a cockroach in our soup. At first we just sent it back with the wait staff after we showed it to her. She took the soup back and asked if I wanted another and I declined. Our waitress then came back to let us know something unrelated to that event. After she left I told my husband I don’t think our waitress was informed by other staff that we found a cockroach. So, we let her know directly. Her jaw dropped and then she walked away, and came back after a few minutes and said she didn’t know what to say. I told her to please just cancel my meal because I’d lost my appetite to which she told me the chef was already making it, and that might not be possible! We insisted for her to please cancel my meal because I no longer wanted it and she said “well, I’ll try I guess.” They were ‘able’ to cancel my meal but didn’t offer any other compensation. When my husband asked to speak to a manager, the manager was confused why we were asking to speak to him. He said, “we already took your wife’s meal off the bill.” Well, no, I cancelled my order and never received it, so, yes, I don’t believe that meal would be on our bill. The manager continued to defend his position that there was nothing else needed to compensate. He finally told my husband he would issue a refund of the full bill and send my husband a text when it was completed. We’re still waiting for that to happen. But we won’t be back. Serving ‘cockroach soup’ is never acceptable.
