  Bellini Italian Cuisine is truly one of our favorite restaurants in Holly Springs! We go all the time, and every single visit has been fantastic. The food is absolutely delicious. Everything is made fresh, and you can really taste the difference. What I especially love about Bellini is that their menu goes beyond the typical Italian dishes you find everywhere else. They have creative, unique dishes that are beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Of course, if you’re looking for the classic Italian favorites, they have those too! The service is impeccable every time we go. The entire staff is professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely amazing. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The space itself is also beautiful and makes Bellini a great place to celebrate or throw a party. They have a full bar, and they offer lunch, drink, and dinner specials every day, which gives you even more reasons to keep coming back and trying something new. Despite the quality of food and service, the prices are VERY reasonable. Bellini has that perfect combination of incredible food, excellent service, a beautiful atmosphere, and a staff that truly cares about their customers. It’s one of those places where you know you’re going to have a great meal and a great experience every time. If you haven’t tried Bellini yet, you absolutely should. It’s easily one of our favorite spots in the area, and I highly recommend it!

  If I could give it a zero I would. Hostess should be trained to ask a customer when guests arrive and say they have a reservation to ask them their name! Sat us in the wrong section, reserved back room for my son’s birthday. After we said something we were moved. Sat for over 20 minutes with no server greeting our table or taking an order for drinks. My husband let the server know at the 20 minute mark of sitting with no service that we wanted to order. Another 5 minutes goes by and still no service. We left after this attempt. Management not effective either as I sent a message directly to address the concern..crickets…. Honestly have no idea how this place stays in business. Save yourself the time and money and skip this place!

  Had heard this restaurant was great and so glad we tried it. It was my husband’s birthday and what a treat! We ordered takeout but will definitely be dining in next time!

  Best eggplant parm sub I’ve had since leaving the New Haven CT area very thinly sliced eggplant, perfect amount of sauce and cheese. Loved it!

  Businesses need to stop cutting costs by cutting employee hours. The waitress was the only one running 5 or 6 tables AND the bar. That's obsurd. There needed to be another server to help her. I'm not going to support your business anymore. Last time I was there before my recent visit was 6 to 12 months ago, and she was the only one working then, too, but a bartender was available to help with her workload, and it was a much better environment for everyone. This time, I didn't get even one smile from her the entire time I was there, except for when I was leaving out the door. I was extra work for her; she was stressed and told me she's too busy. I understand. My job also requires me to help multiple people at the same time and it can be difficult to juggle if we don't have the necessary staff to support our role to serve efficiently and kindly. She works so hard, and the stress may be affecting her health, too. As a company, please consider having more help and support for your employees, even when business is expected to be slow before the happy hour/ evening. Anyway, the wine and food is very good.
