Reno made it look cleaner. But service or lack there of is very poor.

10 out of 10 times, they get my order wrong. I don’t know why they stay open until 2 a.m. if they can’t serve the correct food.
After a long day of work, all I wanted was to take my food home and enjoy it. This time, I specifically asked for no sauce on my Cheesy Gordita Crunch, but somehow they put extra sauce on it. That’s beyond my understanding.
I keep giving this location another chance, and they keep disappointing me. This has to be one of the worst Taco Bell locations in North Carolina.

I had another excellent experience at Taco Bell in Hillsborough tonight!
As soon as I pulled up to the drive-thru window, Jazz greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely kind attitude. Her professionalism, positive spirit, and speedy service made a great impression. What stood out most was that she made eye contact and treated me like a valued guest rather than just another customer. In today's world, that level of customer service is becoming rare, and it truly made a difference.
My food was hot, fresh, delicious, and prepared exactly as I ordered it. Everything was accurate and served quickly.
I also noticed that the restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, including the parking lot. The drive-thru signage was bright and easy to read, and the speaker system was clear, making ordering simple and stress-free.
From start to finish, it was a perfect experience. Thank you, Jazz, and the entire Taco Bell team in Hillsborough for consistently providing excellent service. I'll definitely keep coming back!
