  Waiting 25 minutes to get a mobile orders of water and a diet coke is not acceptable. And how is the customer supposed to know that you need to wait in line at the drive-thru, when ever other Sonic brings the order to the stall? Complete waste of time.

  horrible service. waited for an hour at the stall then went thru the drive thru and everything was melted. dude standing in the back on his phone.

  Everytime I order from doordash to deliver this location ALWAYS take forever to get the food ready. They are also never open on time. Google says 9am but they open at 10am maybe even later some days.

  Went to sonic for the 1st time today and when I pulled in, I couldn't park in a spot because of a car door open. Guy immediately jumps out the car and says "bossman, I only have one worker, go through the drive through". I said, it's my 1st time here and this is the reception. He then stated "if I was white at McDonald's, you wouldn't argue, Junteeth, do better"! As a black man, I asked what did that have to do with anything, it's not what you say but how you say it and if the drive through is only open because of only one person, what the hell are you doing out here arguing with me, that's your coworker by themselves, do better! Left with nothing and won't be going back! SMH!

  Pulled to curb side rang the bell for service and was told they aren’t doing curb side. We decided to go inside cause we realized they had a dine in. ALL doors locked. Went to the drive thru sat there for about 5 minutes line did not move at all. We left, will never go to this one again.
