- BDBrittney DAug 7, 20262.0I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering delivery from this Pizza Hut through DoorDash. This is now the second time in the past two months that I have placed an order and did not receive what I paid for. This most recent order included two medium pizzas, chicken wings, and cinnamon sticks. As the delivery photo clearly shows, I only received the pizzas, and unfortunately, even the pizza portion of the order was incorrect. At this point, I honestly don’t know whether the issue is with Pizza Hut or DoorDash, but as the customer, I should not have to figure out who is responsible. I paid for food, delivery fees, and tipped my Dasher with the expectation that I would receive the order I actually placed. What makes this even more frustrating is that this has happened before. I previously contacted Pizza Hut by email regarding problems with another order, and the only response I received was essentially, “Sorry this happened to you.” There was no meaningful attempt to rectify the situation. So, buyer beware if you are ordering delivery from this particular Pizza Hut. Based on my repeated experiences, I would not recommend delivery at all. Between the cost of the food, delivery fees, and tipping the Dasher, it simply isn’t worth it when you repeatedly end up with missing items or the wrong order and no real resolution afterward. Two incorrect orders in two months is no longer a one-time mistake. I will not be ordering delivery from this location again.
